Dalmatian estate with pool on the island of Ugljan

In the first house, you will find an open-plan living and dining area with a kitchen, a bathroom and two bedrooms on the ground floor. Three more bedrooms, two bathrooms and a summer kitchen area on the first floor.
The second house is a little smaller. There, the ground floor also consists of a cosy open-plan living and dining area with a kitchen. A toilet completes the ground floor. On the first floor, there is a bedroom and a bathroom.
The highlight of the villa is certainly the private courtyard, where you will find not only the pool in the garden but also an outdoor dining area for up to 12 persons, a charcoal barbecue and a ready-to-use bread oven.
