A cosy bedroom with a private bathroom also. On the first floor, there are the remaining 2 bedrooms with 2 en-suite bathrooms. The private pool provides refreshment on beautiful summer days. You can relax from everyday stress on numerous sun loungers. Children will certainly enjoy the swings and table football. But the adults are not neglected either. On the terrace is the spacious outdoor dining area with a charcoal grill. Here you will surely prepare something delicious :).

Villa Kandija is located near Benkovac. The city was named after the prince who founded the city in the 15th century. The fortress of Prince Benković is located on a hill above the city, from where there is a beautiful view. If you are a wine lover, we definitely recommend that you taste homemade Dalmatian wine. We are sure that you will be delighted :) Only 40 minutes drive from Benkovac is the beautiful city of Zadar. Take a day to get to know this beautiful city. Take a walk through the streets that lead you to the waterfront, where the "Greeting to the Sun" installation is located, and at the same time enjoy the composition of the sea organ created by the waves. Of course, you must not miss a tour of the church of St. Donat, one of the sights of the city. Find refreshment from a full day of sightseeing in the clear blue sea, on one of the beaches near the city.

Die Villa ist sehr schön und die Vermieterin sehr nett. Allerdings hat der Tischkicker gefehlt und der Wasserlauf am Pool war defekt. Schön wäre auch, wenn der Pool während des Aufenthaltes gereinigt werden würde. Ansonsten ist das Haus sehr zu empfehlen.

Unser Aufenthalt in der Villa Kandija war sehr erholsam und hat uns ausserordentlich gut gefallen (4- köpfige Familie). Das Haus ist sauber und ordentlich und mit Allem was man benötigt ausgestattet. Besonders hervorzuheben ist der große Pool und die gemütliche Terrasse. Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett, spricht perfekt deutsch und kümmert sich hervorragend um alle Wünsche ihrer Gäste. Wir verlassen die Villa nur sehr ungern, aber alles Schöne ist auch mal zu Ende.... gerne auch ein nächstes Mal!
