Rustic villa with private pool in Dalmatia

This beautiful villa dates from 1821 and is a lovely restored traditional Dalmatian house. Located in a peaceful area, this villa is ideal for a relaxing holiday.
Villa Jerolim will thrill you with its bright interior decorated in a rustic style. It can accommodate up to 8 persons and consists of three bedrooms located on the upper floor, each with a double bed and air condition. Two of the bedrooms also have an extra bed for one person. There are two interestingly decorated bathrooms, one with a shower and the other with a bathtub. There is a fully equipped kitchen at your disposal on the ground floor, with a dining area for eight persons that opens up to the living room. The villa is located on a 2000 m2 large plot with a private pool and cosy sun loungers, a nice lawn with olive trees and outdoor dining area, where you can enjoy your meals prepared on the BBQ. There is as well a traditional common room (konoba) with a little kitchen, a large fireplace and dining area that will make your holiday complete.

Villa Jerolim is located in a peaceful area of Slivnica, near Posedarje. It is a quiet area, not crowded and not very inhabited - perfect for a relaxing holiday. The place is thanks to the specific geographic location quiet unusual compared to most places on the Adriatic coast; you can access the coast whether you head to the east, west, or south. The closest bar, restaurant and shop are located in the village Slivnica. A supermarket and other facilities are in Posedarje, approximately 5 km away from the villa. Less then 3 km away you can enjoy the beautiful pebble beaches of Slivnica. If you prefer sand, the place to go are the beaches in Posedarje, 5 km from the villa away. You should use the opportunity and explore the wider surrounding of the villa. Also, do not miss to visit the little historic town Nin or the "capital" of the region, Zadar.
