Elegant villa with private pool near Zadar

Are you searching for a modern villa near the sea for your next holiday in Croatia? In that case, you should definitely take a look at Villa Imperia, located in the small town of Pridraga in the Zadar region. Villa Imperia is a lovely villa, equipped with everything you could need during your vacation.
Also, the villa offers a wonderful view of the Adria so make sure to enjoy the romantic sunsets. After all, Alfred Hitchcock once said that Zadar has the most beautiful sunsets in the world. :)

The villa was decorated with love and a lot of attention was given to the details so that you could really feel like royalty. On the ground floor, you will find the cosy living area connected to the villas kitchen and dining area, as well as a separate WC. Also, one of the bedrooms equipped with a double bed is located on the ground floor. All of the bedrooms have an ensuite bathroom for extra comfort. The remaining two bedrooms, one equipped with 2 single beds and one with a double bed, are located on the first floor.

The outdoor area offers a lovely pool, ideal for refreshment during hot summer days. In the evening, make sure to use the villas charcoal barbecue and dine al fresco, surrounded by the peace and quiet this region offers. .

Pridraga is a small hamlet in the Novigrad municipality, about 35 km away from the touristy town Zadar, located on the Novigrad sea at the foot of the Velebit mountain. Here the villa Imperia is located, where the Zrmanja river is flowing through the canyon surrounded by hills and greenery. Zrmanja also offers rafting, canoeing, kayaking and national parks are near (Paklenica, Plitvice, Krka, Kornati). You should not miss visiting Vrana lake and Zadar-the wonderful antique city with many museums, restaurants, bars and natural beaches. You should definitely visit the forum of Zadar with the famous monument of the pre romanesque church of St. Donatus. Villa Imperia is the perfect location to reach the closest beach (only 700m away) and explore this wonderful area with beautiful nature, mountains and the seaside.
