The bedrooms on the first floor have a TV and air conditioning. In the basement of the villa, there is a fourth bedroom with two single beds and air conditioning. Villa Feniks is located in Polača, near the town of Biograd na moru. It is located in the area of Ravni Kotar, known for its autochthonous Maraska cherry and agritourism. Visit the Vrana Lake Nature Park, home to the largest natural lake and one of the largest wetlands in Mediterranean Croatia. There are 95 species protected by law in the Park area. The old town of Vrana was built in the immediate vicinity of the lake in the Middle Ages. The Benedictine monastery was later used by the Knights Templar, and the insignia - symbols of the power of the Croatian kingdom - were kept inside the walls for a long time. Head to the tourist centers of Biograd na Moru and Pakoštane. Pakoštane is located in the very center of Dalmatia with many cultural and historical sights such as the churches of St. Justin, St. Michael, St. Roka and local festivities such as carnival, Summer Games. Biograd na moru is a well-known favorite summer resort with beautiful sandy beaches, and for history lovers, visit the Biograd museum. Visit numerous islands such as Pašman, Galesnjak and NP Kornati.
