Modern,elegant villa with pool near Zadar

If you are looking for a beautiful, modern villa close to the sea and untouched nature, Villa FA Exclusive is your right choice! This wonderful villa can accommodate 8 guests in 4 bedrooms and it has much more to offer. If you are looking for entertainment or a little workout session you will find some fitness equipment and darts on the ground floor.
The ground floor also offers a spacious, contemporary furnished area with a living and dining room and a nice, furnished kitchen. Here you will also find a bedroom, while the other 3 are located on the first floor. All the bedrooms have double beds, air conditioners and TVs at disposal and the ones on the floor also have en suite bathrooms. The outdoor area with the inviting pool is the perfect place for sunbathing and relaxation on one of the sun loungers. If you are travelling with kids the garden disposes of a playground for children as well as a trampoline. For alfresco dinner nights, there is also a grill available and the first beach is only 3 km away.

Villa FA Exclusive is located in a small village Donje Rastane across the Pasman island only 20 km away from one of the most attractive tourist centres in Dalmatia - Zadar. This location is perfect for those who like to rest at the beach but also for active travellers who can visit the national park Paklenica, only 50 km away from the villa. Nearby you will find the Vrana lake surrounded by amazing nature, between the sea and mountains. Here you can go hiking, cycling and enjoy the beautiful nature. Visit the wonderful city of Zadar with numerous cultural and gastronomic events. There are plenty of museums and you can sightsee the antique architecture, relax on the natural beaches or check out the vivid nightlife of this city. Do not miss visiting the old Forum with the church of st. Donatus (dating back to the 9th century). This is one of the most important monuments of Zadar, built in the Romanesque style.

Super Schön!!! Wir waren mit 4 Erwachsenen und 5 Kindern im Alter von 4-12 Jahren in der Villa. Alles total gepflegt und komplett ausgestattet, mit allem was das Herz begehrt. Das beste für uns war neben dem gepflegten Pool und großen Außengelände, die perfekte Lage. Am Ortsrand gelegen, konnten wir so laut sein, wie wir wollten und hatten es dennoch nicht weit zum Strand. Wir würden die Villa jederzeit wieder buchen.
Wir waren 2 Wochen in der Villa gewesen. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Die Vermieter sind freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit. Vielen Dank!
