Villa Elvira's dream is the perfect place to spend an unforgettable holiday! The villa is located in the city Novalja on the island of Pag is an excellent private location very close to the sea. The well-maintained fully fenced 6000 m2 property offers various sports facilities such as mini-golf, mini football, basketball, tennis and volleyball - a paradise for sports enthusiasts! However, if you are more interested in rest and relaxation, you can spend your time at the pool area and enjoy the breathtaking sea view.
There are sun loungers around the pool and an outdoor shower. There is a covered terrace with a dining area, barbecue and table tennis table. The villa can accommodate up to 10 people and is ideal for a holiday with the whole family or groups of friends. Your pet is of course also welcome! The living space is 330 m2 and is divided into three floors. The first thing you will notice is the stylish interior and the cosy atmosphere in which you can only feel comfortable. In the basement, there is a kitchen, a bedroom, a bathroom, a small gym, a sauna and a pool table. On the ground floor, there is a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area, a living room with fireplace, a separate toilet and the master bedroom with a double bed, air conditioning, TV, private en suite bathroom and access to the terrace. On the 1st floor, there are three more comfortable bedrooms, each with a double bed, air conditioning, TV and en suite bathroom. The Croatian island of Pag is located on the Adriatic Sea north of Zadar. The island is connected to the mainland by a bridge. There are countless small villages on the island. The second-largest village in Novalja. In the Municipal Museum, you can see the fascinating archaeological finds with traces of ancient life on the island. The island offers beautiful beaches, excellent restaurants, cafes, clubs and sports and leisure activities. The island is famous for Pag cheese, the best lamb, Pag lace and the historic Soline. Pag cheese is made from the milk of autochthonous Pag sheep. It gets its special flavour from the island herbs that are on the "menu" of the local sheep. The island is a perfect starting point for exploring other places. There are many national parks nearby, such as the Krka National Park, the Northern Velebit National Park, the Paklenica National Park and the Plitvica Lakes.

One of the best Villas we had in Croatia.
We were missing a vacuum cleaner and a second trash can in the kitchen.
The doves are a little bit annoying.
But clearly 5-Stars+!
Wir waren mit der Familie im Juni 22 in der Villa Elvira´s Dream auf der Insel Pag. Die Villa ist von Novalja aus in ca. 5 min mit dem Auto zu erreichen und liegt abgelegen an einem Strandabschnitt. Nur ein Campingplatz ist in der Nähe, von dem wir aber nicht viel mitbekommen haben. Es ist wirklich sehr ruhig und erholsam. Die komplette Villa und die Gartenanlagen mit den Sportmöglichkeiten ist sehr gepflegt und sauber. Der angrenzende Strand ist von der Villa aus in 2 Gehminuten zu erreichen.
Die einzigen Kritikpunkte an der Villa haben wir an den vielen Kameras Rund ums Haus und im Grundstück. Diese haben unterschiedlich rot und grün geleuchtet. Ob diese jetzt an waren und aufgenommen haben, wissen wir nicht, aber man hat sich ein bisschen beobachtet gefühlt. Dazu kommt eine Taubenfamilie, die auf dem Dach wohnt. Diese kommen immer wieder an den Pool um zu trinken. Sie benutzen den Pool und die Terrase aber nicht nur zum Trinken, sodern auch als Toilette. Nach ein paar Tagen waren einige Hinterlassenschaften der Vögel im Pool und auf der Terrase zu finden.
Trotzdem haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt und konnten eine wunderbare ruhige Woche in der Villa verbringen. Wir würden die Villa auf jeden Fall weiterempfelen.
