The wonderful Villa Stellar with private pool is located in the village of Kovri near Umag The villa accommodates up to 8 people in 4 bedrooms. Its modern design and breathtaking pool will leave you breathless.

On the ground floor, you will find a large living room with a cosy sofa and a wonderful view of the outdoor area. The living room is directly connected to a fully-equipped kitchen with a dining area. The ground floor also features a sauna with a shower and a fitness room. One of the bedrooms with a double bed and an ensuite bathrooms is located here as well. When you climb up the stairs, you will find 3 bedrooms with double beds, each with an ensuite bathroom with a shower. Be prepared to finally catch a good night’s sleep and forget all about your everyday worries.
The outdoor area is great for taking a swim in the outdoor pool and refreshing yourself on a warm summer day. After you have taken a swim, you can lie back in one of the loungers and read a good book. Let yourself be mesmerised by the amazing pool. For all grilling fans, there is a charcoal grill at disposal, where they can prepare delicious meals for their family and friends. Definitely don’t miss out on the chance to spend a relaxing holiday in this wonderful elegant villa.
The villa is situated in the village of Kovri, near the town of Brtonigla. Hectares of vineyards and olive groves, meadows and forests, invite you to flee from the hectic modern everyday life. Family cellars and tasting rooms will make you discover the authentic power of local living. Be prepared to experience best of the Istrian heartland - caves, rich flora and fauna, picturesque hills but also culture - churches, chapels and archeological sites. A series of events are held in Brtonigla, of which the most important ones are the Chocolate and Wine Festival, the Istrian Malvazija Festival, Dani gljiva (“Days of Mushrooms”) or during summer the Festival of St. Roch and etno manifestations. From the Brtonigla area it is easy to reach the first Croatian waterpark Istralandia. Various beautiful beaches and the towns of Umag, Porec and Novigrad are also easily reachable.
Das Haus lässt keine Wünsche offen, befindet sich in einer sehr ruhigen Lage und ist perfekt für eine kleine Auszeit vom Alltag! Unser Hund war vom großen Garten begeistert ;-)
