To make your holiday as relaxing as possible, every bedroom also comes with an ensuite bathroom. This 4-bedroom villa is located in Rovinjsko selo, just 5 km from one of the most beautiful Istrian towns - Rovinj. The main Church of St. Euphemia keeps relics of the saints and presents one of the most beautiful Baroque achievements in Istria. From the church plateau there is a wonderful view to the open sea and numerous islets in the distance. A visit to the Rovinj Town Museum and the town’s many galleries will complete your cultural experience. The entire coastline, with its twenty-two islands is an area of protected natural heritage. Its surroundings offer immense possibilities for recreation: biking, horseback riding, jogging... But, owing to the sea and what it has to offer, ranging from sailing to discovering the underwater world, today Rovinj is the destination for tourists from all over the world.

Alles bestens gelaufen ! Wir hatten tolle 14 Tage Top Villa, sehr nette und hilfsbereite Vermieterin. Kann ich besten Gewissens weiterempfehlen. Noch eine Anmerkung zur letzten Bewertung vom 29.06.21 Bis zum nächsten Laden sind es etwa 5 min zu Fuß Es ist zwar kein riesen Supermarkt hat aber doch eine sehr große Auswahl. Vor allem täglich frisches Obst, Gemüse und Backwaren.

Top Villa in einem sehr guten Zustand, die nur zu empfehlen ist. Die Villa bietet alles was man benötigt um einen sehr schönen Urlaub zu haben. Vermieterin ist ebenfalls sehr nett und hilft bei jeder Frage schnell und zuverlässig. Das einzige als Anmerkung wäre, dass man sich ein Auto mieten sollte, da die Stadt Rovinj und einige Einkaufsmöglichkeiten zu Fuß etwas zu weit entfernt wären.

Das Fazit mal zuerst: Top Villa. Genialer Urlaub. Wir waren mit 4 Paaren zwei Wochen dort und durften die sehr gut ausgestattete Villa mit allen Vorzügen genießen. Der riesen Garten wurde für diverse Spiele genutzt und bietet auch Kindern enorm viel Platz zum Austoben. Der sehr große Pool läd anschließend zu einer Abkühlung ein. Zum Trocknen geht es dann auf eine der 8 bequemen Liegen oder aber auf das Trampolin, dass direkt neben dem Klettergerüst steht. Zur Erfrischung dann ein kühles Bier aus einem der 2 Kühlschränke. Das Essen kommt vom Grill. Ein Traum! Die Villa überzeugt aber nicht nur mit ihrem Außeinbereich. Auch innen hat sie einiges zu bieten. 4 Schlafzimmer mit großen, bequemen Betten, ausreichend großen angeschlossenen Badezimmern und einem absoluten Highlight im Masterbedroom. Hier steht eine riesige Dusche mit 2 Duschbereichen zur Verfügung! Darüber hinaus gibt es ein Gäste-WC im Erdgeschoss. Der Raum im Keller hilft bei der Überbrückung von Regenstunden.
