The villa is divided into two floors. The ground floor has one bedroom with an en suite bathroom, a living room, kitchen, dining room and separate toilet. On the first floor, there are two bedrooms that have en suite bathrooms. There are also 3 bicycles, table tennis, table football and darts. A complete and awesome atmosphere is guaranteed for adults, children and the elderly. If you want to explore other locations in Istria, then be sure to stop by the cities of Rovinj and Pula or visit the famous Brijuni National Park. Villa Morosini is located in the municipality of Maruzini, only twenty kilometres from Vestar beach. This holiday villa is located in the central part of the Istrian peninsula. Not far from the villa is the municipality of Kanfanar where you can visit cafes, taste Istrian food in restaurants and shop in supermarkets. Kanfanar and its surroundings are known not only for their historical and cultural heritage but also for their excellent local Istrian cuisine. Istria is a unique, enchanting place that welcomes visitors from all over the world. The city of Pula with its Roman amphitheatre and the Brijuni National Park is only a 30-minute drive away. Excellent restaurants and taverns are located in the vicinity of the villa. It is a great place to relax and enjoy the food and history of Istria. Die Villa ist wunderschön und man fühlt sich gleich wohl. Alles ist sehr sauber und toll eingerichtet. Auf der Terrasse kann man wunderschön sitzen und wir hatten eine tolle Woche. Leider waren die Liegen am Pool schon sehr kaputt (auf einer konnte man nicht mehr liegen, sonst wäre sie gewiss gekracht) und es gab keine Poolhandtücher obwohl es in der Beschreibung der Villa so angegeben ist. Auflagen für die Liegen wären auch nicht schlecht. Leider hat 3 Tage vor Abreise die Klimaanlage den Geist aufgegeben und war so kurzfristig auch nicht zu reparieren, weshalb es zum schlafen schon etwas unangenehm war bei den Temperaturen.
Auch wenn die Matratzen wirklich sehr hart sind und mein Rücken das nicht so toll fand, waren wir so begeistert von der Villa, dass wir ganz bestimmt noch einmal wieder kommen werden!
Die Villa war wie beschrieben, alles sehr geschmackvoll und sauber. Einrichtung top.
Die Zimmer sind sehr geräumig, es fehlte an nichts. Nach einer Woche wurde die villa sogar gereinigt. Einzig Auflagen für die Liegen am pool wären nicht schlecht. Wir hatten einen rundum schönen Urlaub.

Das Haus ist wunderschön und hervorragend ausgestattet! Sehr geschmackvoll und hochwertig. Wir waren sehr zufrieden!
Wir wurden von Herrn Sasa sehr nett empfangen. Beim Betreten der Villa fühlt man sich sofort wohl. Das Haus ist sehr geschmackvoll und sehr hochwertig ausgestattet. Am Besten hat uns die gemütliche und sehr große Terrasse gefallen. Dort gibt es einen ganzen Tag genügend Schatten. Den Tag kann man dort mit Poolbeleuchtung, offenen Kamin und bei Kerzenschein ausklingen lassen. Das Haus hat 3 Schlafzimmer mit einem sehr geschmackvoll ausgestatteten Badezimmer. Die Betten sind außerordentlich gemütlich. Die Bettwäsche und die Matratzen von sehr hoher Qualität. Das Haus liegt in einer absoluten Ruhelage, dennoch ist ein Supermarkt, wo man wirklich alles bekommt, nicht weit entfernt (1,7 KM mit dem Rad, das vor Ort zur Verfügung gestellt wird ideal) In dem Supermarkt wird man sehr nett bedient.
Rundum war es eine wirkliche schöne und sehr erholsame Woche. Wer Unterhaltung will, fährt in das ca. 17 km entfernte Rovinj. Wir können das Haus auf alle Fälle weiterempfehlen. Für uns war es eine 5 Sterne Unterkunft, wo keine Hotel mithalten kann.
