The modern villa Mia Stella is a stunning villa at a stunning location, just a stone's throw away from the city centre of the amazingly beautiful city of Rovinj. It offers a peaceful, pleasant vacation near the sea for families or groups of friends.
As you step into this oasis of relaxation, an inviting 36-square-meter swimming pool awaits with azure waters mirroring the untouched beauty of nature. In addition to the outdoor swimming pool, there are deckchairs and an outside kitchen with a grill to prepare delicious summer dishes. Begin gatherings with loved ones at the dining table in front of the villa's covered area. Inside the villa, there is a lovely open space with a modern kitchen, a dining room and a comfortable living room with a lovely view of the pool and greenery. There is a separate toilet and laundry room on the ground floor of the villa, while 3 bedrooms are on the first floor. One bedroom has two single beds, while the remaining two have a double bed each. One bedroom with a double bed has its own bathroom, while another separate bathroom is available on the first floor. All bedrooms are comfortably air-conditioned and have their own television. Property damage security: A 500.00 € refundable damage deposit or 35 € non-refundable property damage insurance is required.
