Beautiful villa Birds House is a lovely holiday villa with a private pool, situated only about 1,5 km from the sea in a truly unique location – a bird reserve. Located in the ornithological park Palud, where nearly a hundred trees offer shade and shelter for birds in the protected part between Rovinj and Bale, this villa is a true paradise for nature lovers.
It is nested on a 5000 square meters large plot, fulfilled with aromatic Mediterranean herbs and surrounded by olive trees. The villa has its self-sufficient water source and solar system for generating electricity and water heating. The ground floor of the villa consists of the beautifully decorated living and dining area with a wooden ceiling, as well as the well equipped kitchen with rustic elements. This is an eco house so washer, toaster, kettle, oven and coffee machine are not available, but there is plenty of unspoilt nature to go around. Two bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom are also on the ground floor, while the gallery on the upper floor offers space for additional three persons.
The garden offers a lot of cozy places to relax or dine. There is an outdoor kitchen on the covered terrace at your disposal. It consists of a gas hob, a sink and a stone-built barbecue where you can enjoy preparing meals.
The private swimming pool is surrounded by a wooden terrace and Mediterranean vegetation and is the perfect spot to enjoy the benefits of this peaceful location. Next to the pool, there is an attractive wooden pavilion with a huge bed, which is called the 'nest' and is ideal for enjoying and lazing in the sun or even rain.
Besides completely relaxing and enjoying laziness, this villa offers also many opportunities to stay active. There is a playground for beach volleyball, basketball, badminton, mini soccer and table tennis, while the bicycles are at your disposal to discover and explore the wider surrounding or easily reach the sea and enjoy a day on the beach.

The villa is located in the protected part of Istria between Rovinj and Bale, in the unspoiled nature of the ornithological park Palud, in the area called Garzota. There are several beaches that you can visit. The nearest beach is located approx. 1,5 km away. It is a 4 km long pebble and sandy beach and is easily reachable by walk, bike or car. The beautiful city of Rovinj is only 7 km away. You should definitely explore Rovinj’s Old Town, known for architecture, cultural heritage, archaeological sites, museums and narrow medieval streets and enjoy the town´s gastronomical and entertainment offer. If you are interested in an active holiday, in Rovinj and its surroundings there are many excursion possibilities (boat rides around Rovinj Islands, sport fishing trips, bike rides, etc.).

Das Haus war sehr dreckig

Einen Tag kein Strom - akkregad lief einen Tag und eine Nacht direkt an den Schlafzimmer ??
Wasser lief wie oft nicht/ keine Elektro Geräte in der Küche ) jetzt steht es in der Anzeige
War weniger als ein Camping Urlaub / da hat man mehr u dann für so einen übertrieben Preis ??das ist unverschämt !!!

Vielen Dank für Ihre Bewertung. Wir bedauern sehr, dass die Villa Birds House Ihre Erwartungen nicht völlig erfüllt hat. Das es sich um eine Öko-Villa handelt, war jedoch von Anfang an auf der Webseite der Villa Birds House aufgeführt, u.z. schon im Haupttitel der Villa, weil die Vermieter genau dieses Konzept hervorheben wollen. In der Anzeige ist auch aufgeführt, dass die Villa über eigene Wasserversorgung und Solaranlage zur Erzeugung von Strom und Wasser verfügt. Die Vermieter pflegen das Konzept und vor allem die Natur. Aus diesem Grund stehen auch die größten Stromverbraucher wie Ofen, Wasserkocher, Kaffeapparat, Toster, Mikrowelle, sowie Waschmaschine nicht zur Verfügung, wie auch in der Anzeige vermerkt, sowie dass in der Villa nur eine Klimaanlage vorhanden ist.
Die Villa Birds House ist eine wunderschöne und auch wunderschön gelegene Villa in Strandnähe, die leider einige Sterne durch Ausstattung und andere Dinge einbüßt.
Strom ist rar (Solarenergie) somit gibt es keine(n) Kaffeemaschine, Toaster oder Wasserkocher (worauf wir gern verzichtet haben) und auch die Spülmaschine spült aufgrund mangelndem Heisswasser nicht sauber und es hatte sich Schimmel auf allen Plastikteilen in Inneren der Maschine gebildet...
Klimatisiert wird die Villa von einer Klimaanlage im Wohnraum die zweimal täglich automatisch läuft und von uns nicht steuerbar war. In den Schlafzimmern gibt es keine Geräte. Wir hatten eine recht kühle Woche erwischt und daher hat es nicht gestört, aber wenn es nachts nicht abkühlt sieht es sicher anders aus mit erholsamen Schlaf.
Schade - denn der Stil und Lage der Villa ist wirklich traumhaft...

Beautiful villa with big plot guarantee absolute privacy. Suitable also for holiday with dog. Villa is self-contained, friendly to the nature but problem could be if cloudy sky or rainy weather. Then start to work generator which is realy noisy. Sea is available also on bicycle. We were very satisfied.
Die Villa ist sehr schön und ruhig, ideal wenn man die Natur liebt.
Das Beobachten der Vögel war sehr interessant.
Das Sportplatz ist leider nicht immer benutzbar da sehr viele Mücken sind!
Das Meer ist sehr schön und gut erreichbar.
Essensmöglichkeiten sind auch viele in der Nähe .

Wir waren sehr zufrieden!!
Das Haus ist wirklich toll und noch besser wie auf den Fotos zu sehen.
Die Lage ist einfach einzigartig mit vollkommener Ruhe.
Durch die vielen Sportmöglichkeiten beim Haus wird es auch Kindern nicht langweilig.
Wie würden jederzeit wieder kommen.
