This villa is located in a small village Svetvincenat in Central Istria. Central Istria is known for its fairytale towns such as Vodnjan, Barban or Zminj, which are definitely worth a visit. Near the villa, you will find excellent restaurants and taverns that offer a wide range of traditional dishes. Not far from the villa is located the coastal town of Rovinj and in the south of Istria, you will find the largest pearl of Istria, the town of Pula. Pula is known for numerous sights, in particular the famous Roman amphitheatre. Be sure to visit the Brijuni National Park during your stay in Istria, and if you want to explore the enchanting surroundings, we definitely recommend an excursion through numerous hiking and biking trails. There are breathtaking beaches and bays on the Istrian coast you have to visit.

Wir haben unsere Pfingstferien in der Villa verbracht und sind zu 100% zufrieden, es ist ein tolles Haus mit allen Vorzügen uns hat es an nichts gefehlt, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Ein Highlight für unsere Kinder vorallem war das Zimmer mit Billard und Tischkicker und Dart, der Tennisplatz und natürlich der beheizte Pool. Der Empfang der Eigentümer war sehr herzlich und entspannt, vielen Dank hierfür. Das Örtchen bietet einen Spaziergang entfernt eine Burg und zahlreiche Cafés , der Standort der Villa ist wirklich eine gute Basis um ganz Istrien zu erkunden.
