Villa Zoa is located on the outskirts of Krnica, a small town on the east coast of Istria. The charming, family-friendly villa awaits you with its 36m2 pool, where you will probably spend most of your well-deserved vacation.

Splash around with the little ones or just let your mind wander, far away from everyday life. In the beautiful inner courtyard, the grill master can show off his skills to the family, while a small table tennis tournament takes place a few meters away. From the covered terrace with the dining table, which offers space for up to 12 people, you get to the bright interior dining area with an open, fully equipped kitchen. Here on the ground floor, there is also the cosy living room and two comfortable and spacious bedrooms, with en suite bathrooms, as well as a guest toilet. On the upper floor, there are three further bedrooms - each with its own bathroom - a sauna and a playroom which leads out to a small terrace. All rooms in the villa have mosquito nets. Enjoy your afternoon cup of coffee here while the kids play. Another highlight of this villa is the large roof terrace with a great view of the islands of Cres and Losinj, but also the “konoba” on the ground floor with a fireplace. Villa Zoa is located in the village of Krnica near the bay of the same name on the east coast of Istria. In the village, you have everything you need: a grocery store, post office, cafes and a restaurant. The harbour is an ideal starting point for boat trips and the bay is a popular diving spot. The nearby area of this villa is ideal for mountain biking or horse riding and you will find quiet, natural beaches only 2km from the villa. If you are drawn to the distance, you can reach the picturesque towns of Marcana or Barban in 10 minutes by car. But Pula can also be reached in just 30 minutes, where you can visit the famous arena or try and enjoy local specialities in one of the many excellent restaurants. If you prefer to cook yourself, there are several local producers of typical Istrian delicacies nearby. For additional content, be sure to visit the famous Brijuni National Park, Dino Park and Istralandia.

We have just stayed at this wonderful house in Krnica! The rooms with their own bathrooms, the nice kitchen and even the extra kitchen near the pool, nice sun beds and not to mention the pool ☀️ The hosts are helpful, kind and responded quickly when we needed something! If to mention one thing; the cleaning in the extra kitchen was a bit off - but besides that, everything was good! Would definitely recommend to everyone (-:

Wir waren zu 10 für eine Woche in der Villa Zoa und haben die Zeit sehr genossen. Durch die zwei Küchen hatten wir immer genügend Platz um für alle zu kochen. Wir konnten uns während des Aufenthalts sehr gut erholen, vor allem auch auf der Dachterrasse mit Blick auf das Meer.
