The lovely Villa Zara is located near the town of Pula. This two storey house has 3 comfortable bedrooms and is suitable for up to 8 guests.
If you are looking for a perfect place to escape the everyday stress and enjoy your well-deserved holiday, then you’ve come to the right place!
Once you step into this wonderful villa, you will forget about all your worries. The fully-equipped kitchen with a dining area on the ground floor will make you want to try out some new recipes. Make good use of your time and prepare and enjoy delicious meals with your family and friends. The living area on this floor offers many possibilities for guests of all ages - play a game on PlayStation or just sit back on the couch and put on some relaxing music. The living area opens onto the lovely terrace, so one of the first things you can do in the morning is make yourself a cup of coffee or tea, step out onto the terrace and enjoy the morning freshness with all your senses.
One bedroom with a double and a single bed is located on the ground floor. The other two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with a double and one single bed, are on the first floor. All bedrooms feature an ensuite bathroom with a shower. Do you remember what summer holidays were like when you were a kid? Those endless days of pure joy, filled with many activities and lots of sleep afterwards. Why wouldn’t you allow yourself to feel like a child again and get a good night’s sleep after an eventful day spent in the villa.
The outdoor area is bound to make your stay in Istria an unforgettable experience. Take a refreshing dip in the pool and catch a tan afterwards on one of the sun loungers, while your kids have fun at the children’s playground. The covered outdoor dining area and the charcoal grill will surely thrill all the gourmets among you. The smaller house located in the garden and its amenities will make you never want to leave the premises of this house. Enjoy a round of darts, table football and billiards or try out the gym equipment and the wonderful sauna.
Villa Zara is only 3 kilometres away from Vodnjan. If you are a fan of olive oil, we recommend you to visit Vodnjan and its tasting rooms. We are sure that you will be delighted with the high-quality olive oil. Maybe you will buy a few bottles of oil! Take a walk through the picturesque streets of the city and head to the church of St. Blaise, where the Mummies of Vodnjan are exhibited. Besides the mummies, you can also see the collection of church relics, which is one of the largest in Europe.
For those who want to spend the day on the beach, Fazana is an ideal destination. The town is only 10 kilometres from the villa and a great choice for a day trip. The beaches in Fazana are mostly pebble, and surrounded by trees, under which you can relax after swimming and enjoying the sea. Tasty dinner in one of the restaurants in the city is a perfect way to end the day. We definitely recommend that you try some of the typical Istrian specialities such as fritaja or fuzi with truffles.
You have probably heard of the Brijuni National Park. So if you decide to visit it, then you can get there by ferry from Fazana. The national park is known for its spacious safari park and the beautiful bay of Verige, which you will discover as soon as you get there!
Wir, Familie mit zwei kleinen KIndern 2 und 3,5 Jahre, waren im September für eine Woche Gäste der Villa Zara. Es war toll. Das Haus ist großzügig, bestens ausgestattet und top gepflegt. Der Garten für die Kids super und der Pool mit Poolhaus und Sauna ein Traum. Die Vermieter wohnen nebenan und sind total nett und sehr hilsbereit. Danke für eine Woche Villa Zara. Evo jedan domaći komentar na Villu Zara....fenomenalna villa koja nezasluženo ima samo tri zvjezdice jer sa sadržajima koje nudi ova vila treba imati i pet zvjezdica. Boravak je bio super ugodan, od lijepog parkinga koji je napravljen od "štampanog" betona, bazena većih dimenzija od drugih villa u kojima smo boravili, posebnog prostora za zabavu sa bilijarom, pikadom, stolnim nogometom, saunom, trakom za trčanje i lat mašinom. interijer kuće je moderno uređen, svaka soba ima svoju kupaonu i tv.U dnevnom boravku je samsung zakrivljeni tv sa netflix računom na sebi, playstation 3 sa dvije igre. Blizina Fažane cca 5km, Pule cca 12km, je super za neka gastronomska i druge vrsta istraživanja. Izlet na Brijune je bio fenomenalan sa panoramom oko otoka i vožnjom u el.autiću po otoku. Sve u svemu Villa Zara zaslužuje pet zvjezdica i ocjenu 10 i ostat će nam u lijepom sijećanju sa nadom da ćemo se opet vratiti! Domaćini su vrlo ugodni i pristupaćni.

Die Villa ist TOP, sehr sauber, Klimaanlage funktioniert super, jeder Zimmer hat eigene Bad/Dusche, sehr praktisch. Da sind noch Billard, Dart, Kicker in Hobbyraum, sogar ein Laufband. Sauna ist auch eine PLUS. LAST BUT THE MOST IMPORTANT, Schwimm Pool. Wir geben sehr gerne 10 Sterne...Gerne Wieder.
