Solitary stone villa with private pool near Pula

Ein wunderschöner Urlaub ging viel zu schnell vorbei. Das Haus war noch schöner als auf den Bildern, der Gastgeber super nett und sehr zuvorkommend. Er hatte auch super Tipps für uns. Das Haus ist authentisch restauriert. Der Pool ein Highlight. Die Lage ist einzigartig, sehr naturnah und damit ideal mit zwei Kindern. Restaurants, kleiner Supermarkt, Bäcker und Strände super schnell erreichbar. Danke für die tolle Zeit!

Es war ein Traum ;-) sehr sauber freundlich unkompliziert einfach empfehlenswert . freuen uns schon auf die nächsten Ferien in dem wunderschönem Haus mit Pool. Die Liebe zum Detail und die Gastfreundlichkeit (Tipps zu Restaurants inklusive Reservierung für uns) haben noch einen zusätzlichen ausschlaggebenden Punkt dazu beigetragen, dass wir uns wie zuhause gefühlt haben. We had a great stay in villa. It is perfectly located and very well equipped. The owner is very friendly and also very heplfull. We strongly recommend this property to everyone who likes privacy and prefers quiet place.

Wir haben im September einen traumhaften Urlaub in der Villa verbracht. Das Haus ist wunderschön authentisch restauriert und super gepflegt, ebenso der Pool. Die Lage ist einzigartig, sehr naturnah und damit ideal, um zu entspannen - selbst mit zwei kleinen Kindern. Wir haben es geliebt und kommen bestimmt wieder!

Das Haus ist klasse. Wunderschönes authentisches Steinhaus mit viel Liebe und Aufwand restauriert. Super ausgestattet und absolut ruhige Lage. Entspannung pur!! Predrag ist ein super netter und immer hilfsbereiter Gastgeber mit großartigen Tipps für Restaurants und Ausflugsziele. Wir kommen wieder.

Sehr schöne und abgelegene Villa mit absoluter Privatsphäre. Der Garten ist komplett umzäunt. Rundherum sind keine Häuser. Perfekter Ort, um sich zurückzuziehen und zu entspannen.

We spent one week in the house and we loved it for the same reasons as Family Meerbeck and Zlatko Meic in their appraisals underneath. Five stars!

We would like to give three times 5 stars. First for the booking via myistria.com - helpful and fast service, really no hazzle! And the pictures on the page reflect very well the house. Second five star is for the house: Absolutely quiet and peaceful, a beautiful historic building, mindfully restored and well equipped. As a family with 2 kids we had all the space we needed, you can play ball games and refresh yourself in the perfect pool. The house itself is perfectly clean and well equipped and maintained. And the third five star rating is for our host Predrag. He took all the time to explain the house, showed us his favorite beaches, gave perfect recommendations. On top, we could always reach him for any questions we had.. You can feel how much Predrag cares Stancija Bursica.

To everyone, who would like to enjoy absolute peace, silence and only the sounds of nature, we would, without restraint, recommend the villa Stancija Boršić. A couple of hundred years of history is visible at each step you make. The villa is through generations within the family, and it is clearly visible that during restoration of the villa every historic detail was taken care of. Only natural materials, i.e. stone, oak wood and high quality furniture were used. Everything is arranged with high taste. The nature around is fantastic. Flowers, trees, bushes... It is absolutely clean, well maintained and everything you need is there. On top of everything is the exceptional host - Predrag! Discrete and always at service. We shall surely return next year as we have fallen in love with Stancija Buršić, this piece of heaven!

Spent a wonderful week here as a family of four in July. The villa is very peaceful, set in its own grounds and really gives you the sense of being away from the crowds - in the Covid world, this is exactly what we were looking for. However, in 5 minutes on the bicycle - you can reach some nice restaurants. The pool area was immaculate and we really enjoyed using the 'pool toys' for fun and games or lying on the very good quality sun lounger with comfy cushions. The house is very well equipped and we were able to use the coffee machine in the mornings, the panini maker for lunch and use the outside oven to cook at home - the owner had thought of everything! The small washing machine was also very helpful, since we had spent the week before on a sailing trip. Our children loved the extensive outside space - particularly the basketball area, which was well shaded and offered our teenage son his own space away from the pool. Predrag the owner, was extremely helpful - he arranged for us to rent additional bikes for the week, gave great recommendations on things to do (including beaches, restaurants, when to visit the big cities, adventure parks etc). He even advised us on how to get across the quietest border crossing on our return journey home. Overall, a great place to recharge ones batteries and relax. Thank you especially to Predrag for all his help.

We stayed there for one week early July. The house is well equiped, clean and comfortable for four people. Furniture and kitchen equipment are high quality, You can tell that the whole property was built with high standards. It is a very private place, the closest neighbour is more than a kilometer away. Easy to access on a private road, the garden is fanced. There is a wide selection of beaches close by, most of them are used by local people only. They are much less crowded than the popular turistic places like Rabac or Pula. The host was very helpful, always available and respected our privacy as well.

We stayed two weeks at this wonderful place. Everything is high sophisticated, a shower next to the pool, two bathrooms next to the sleeping rooms, a nice roofed place for eating, a grill with a water plug next to it, the house is surrounded with a fence, the pool is on a separate floor, two bike cycles and a lot of other really perfect organized details. The next village (Krnica) you can reach within 5-10 min walk, there you’ll find everything you need, restaurants, shopping market and a post office. Close to the house you can reach lovely beaches, historical buildings and further restaurants within 5-10 min drive by car. The owner is very obliging, he helped us with recommendations for places to go and with questions we had. So, all in all we had a wonderful holiday. We definitely recommend this place!

Sehr schönes, gepflegtes, ruhiges Haus mit großem Garten und sehr schönem Pool. An allen Fenstern des Hauses befinden sich Mückenschutzgitter, so dass man auch bei Nacht mit offenem Fenster schlafen konnte. Die Badebuchten in der Nähe sind trotz Ferienzeit wenig besucht und man kann toll schwimmen und schnorcheln. Im kleinen Ort Krnica gibt es tolle Restaurants, eine Bäckerei und einen kleinen Supermarkt. Dadurch mussten wir nie weit fahren. Der Hausbesitzer ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Lieber Predrag, vielen Dank für alles. Wir fanden es sehr schön in Deinem Haus.

We stayed for a week in October as a family of 4, The house is lovely, the open plan downstairs works well as do the two floors each with bedroom and bathroom. It is well appointed and comfortable. Predrag, our host, was very helpful and attentive. His local knowledge was useful and he was available if required by phone or text. He even came round one evening to drop firewood as the temperature had dropped. The garden and pool are great. The area is very unspoilt, local beaches very picturesque if a little windy at this time of year. Travelling to Cape Kamenjak revealed some stunning beach coves with beautiful sea, and temps of 20 degrees. . The towns of Pula and Rovinj are very worthwhile days out. Local food including truffles and the wine contribute to t(e overall experience. It was a great first experience of Croatia and we will definatly be back. Thanks Predrag!

We have been as a family with two kids in this beautiful house end of August. The whole finca is phantastic: the garden is huge and offers everything you want to do, from playing football, boules petanque, badminton, ... the outside grill, the very large terrace incl an outside eating area with roof. It is located in the middle of nature, very quiet and relaxing. But nevertheless by bike or car you are very fast in the 1.0 km away village with a mini market which has everything you need and two great restaurants. The remote bays are phantastic for swimming, sunbathing or snorkeling. The host and owner is very nice and caring for everything you need or if you ask for tipps etc So overall a great and very recommending holiday package! ?? :-)

Wir haben im Juni 2017 einen herrlichen Urlaub in diesem wunderschönen Haus verbracht. Die ruhige Lage, der schöne und gepflegte Garten, das liebevoll renovierte und blitzsaubere Haus und der tolle Pool sind wirklich ein Traum. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Vor allem für die Kinder waren die vielfältigen Betätigungsmöglichkeiten im Freien perfekt. Predrag, der Gastgeber, ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Trotz der einsamen Lage waren alle für uns interessanten Sehenswürdigkeiten und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten innerhalb kürzester Zeit zu erreichen. Ganz in der Nähe haben wir tolle Strände entdeckt, auch sehr gute Restaurants sind nur eine kurze Fahrt entfernt. Kurz und gut: Wer sich in ruhiger und landschaftlich reizvoller Lage komplett entspannen will, ist hier sehr gut aufgehoben!

Das haus ist ein traum. Hier bleiben keine wünsche offen. Optimal für kinder mit sehr viel platz im garten zum spielen. Ein stern abzug weil man hier echt komplett alleine ist also die nächsten einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind mindestens 20km weiter weg und touristengegenden sind ab 40km zu erreichen. Für familien die einfach nur unter sich bleiben wollen und an alles gedacht haben und nichts mehr kaufen wollen bzw müssen sind jedoch bestens bedient.

Really lovely house and garden. It's totally quite and perfect, if you want to relax and have a great holiday. The host is a very loving and caring person and was even willing to show us a nice beach spot and give us tips what to do, if we wanted some action. Thank you again for having us, we would love to come back! :) Not one negative thing to say about this stay.
