The beautiful Villa Rosa dei Venti with its romantic name offers everything you need for a family vacation of 6+1 persons. In this villa near the sea, you are offered countless opportunities for relaxation and socializing, but also an active holiday with games and sports.
The villa consists of 3 neutrally and modernly decorated bedrooms with king-size and queen-size beds for ultimate comfort and a good night's sleep. There are even two bedrooms located on the ground floor and for an additional wow factor, both rooms have direct access to a spacious terrace with coffee tables. In addition to the bedrooms, there is also a modern shared bathroom with a walk-in shower and a separate toilet on the ground floor. Neutral decoration with wood elements accompanies the entire decor of this modern villa, while glass walls in all rooms on the ground floor bring the necessary daily dose of light and freshness. The above is especially reflected in the living room, dining room and kitchen with an open floor plan that exits onto the second, covered part of the terrace with a pergola. Various plants are already growing along the pergola pillars and the wooden beams provide enough shade to enjoy a meal together.
However, the upstairs bedroom with its own bathroom also has additional advantages. Namely, in addition to the privacy it enjoys as the only room on the floor, it has direct access to the balcony with a view of the sea. If you continue just a little further down the hallway on the upper floor, you will find yourself on a large spacious terrace with outdoor furniture and umbrellas for enjoying a drink and watching the sunset.
Various activities are offered in the yard, from swimming in the private pool, and sunbathing on deckchairs, to preparing a joint meal on the grill for a dinner under the stars. But the youngest will enjoy it the most because this villa has a large swing and a trampoline for extra fun. The feeling of privacy and comfort accompanying you in this house is also manifested in the fenced yard and private parking. Peroj is a village in Istria, in the immediate vicinity of Vodnjan and Fažana, which exudes the charm of Istrian settlements with old historical heritage. The whole area will be particularly interesting for history and archaeology lovers, particularly the Church of St. Fosca near Peroj, the oldest parts of which date back to the 7th century. In Peroj, there is a large selection of beaches, including Dragonera, Bodinka, Muraci, and Portić dog beach. Across from Peroj is the National Park Brijuni, where there are plenty of activities and opportunities for sightseeing. Enjoy the Safari Park with various animals or visit one of the oldest olive trees. North of Peroj near Barbariga are the historical forts - Forno from the era of the Austro-Hungarian Monarchy and the Bendetto and Paravia forts. Peroj is in an ideal location because it is only a short drive away from the renowned Istrian cities of Rovinj, Bale and Pula. Rovinj stands out for its colourful houses and gastronomic offer, while Bale is a small town from the Roman era whose town centre is built inside a fortress. However, Pula is best known for its imposing and well-preserved amphitheatre, where concerts and other events are held nowadays.
