Charming villa with private pool in Rakalj

The beautiful villa Percan is an ideal choice for families or groups of friends who want to relax in a lovely environment, just 3 km away from the Adriatic sea. You can also enjoy on the cosy sun loungers by the private pool.
On the terrace at your disposal is an outside dinning area with charcoal barbecue, where you can prepare delicious meals or simply enjoy a glass of your favourite drink. There are several activities for the children: swings, a trampoline and a futsal court. The ground floor consist out of a lovingly decorated living room, a fully equipped kitchen and a spacious dining room. The four bedrooms (all air conditioned) and the three bathrooms are located on the upper floor. Villa Percan has WiFi, private parking for 5 cars and provides everything for an enjoyable holiday. .

This charming villa is located in a small town in the eastern part of Istria - Rakalj. Its location is perfect for day trips to the famous cities of Pula, Rovinj or Opatija. Rakalj is also an excellent place for combining both relaxation and active holidays. In the nearby port, there is an excellently equipped diving center for beginners and experienced divers. Here you can discover old sunken ships, spectacular underwater caves and cliffs. Considering the fact that Villa Percan is located just a short drive from the seaside (3 km), you can enjoy the beach and crystal clear sea. During your stay in Istria do not miss to try and enjoy the local Istrian and Mediterranean specialities: truffles, olive oil, prosciutto, fish and good Istrian Malvazija.

Wer Ruhe und Entspannung sucht, findet ein super tolles Haus auf, welches keine Wünsche an Einrichtung und Komfort offen lässt. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Der Pool, das Grundstück, die Aussenausstattung ist perfekt. Etwas abgelegen aber mit dem Auto ist alles in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen. Zu empfehlen ist 300m entfernt, das kleine Weingut. Vielen Dank für diesen wunderschönen Urlaub.
Super tolles Haus mit einem sehr schönen Pool! Leider etwas abgelegen, dafür allerdings sehr ruhig! Die Vermieterin war extrem bemüht und sehr nett. Wir waren sicher nicht das letzte mal da!!!!!
