Wonderful villa with private pool near Pula

Beautiful Villa OL and JU is located near one of the most popular tourist hot spots on the Istrian peninsula - the ancient town of Pula. The ground floor of this modern villa consists of a spacious living and dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, one comfortable bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, and one separate bathroom.
The other two bedrooms and one bathroom are located on the first floor. Next to the villa there is a smaller house with a pool table and covered outdoor dining area with a summer kitchen consisting of a gas cooker, sink, and cabinets. It is the ideal place to spend warm summer nights over a conversation and a favourite meal or drink. And of course, last but not least, there is the refreshing private pool with sun loungers inviting you to relax underneath the warm Istrian sun. :) Groups of younger adults (<25 years old) are unfortunately not accepted in the villa.

The wonderful Villa OL and JU is located in a small hamlet near the centre of Pula. Pula is a 3000 year old city with a rich cultural and historical heritage which also offers a wide variety of shopping opportunities, bars, restaurants, cafes and sports activities. The probably most famous monument in Pula is the Roman Amphitheatre also called simply Arena by the locals where gladiator fights and hunting spectacles were held during the Roman time. Today concerts by famous entertainers are held there each year. And the best thing is that the Arena is located less than 3.5 km from the villa! Except the city itself, you should definitely visit the countryside of southern Istria, the National Park Brioni or Fazana - a town near Pula known for producing great olive oil.

Traumhafte Villa zu einem günstigen Preis! Zusammen mit Freunden haben wir 9 Tage zu 6 in der Villa verbracht. Sehr gepflegt, sehr modern mit Fließen in Holzoptik und sehr gut ausgestattet (Pool, Billiard, Grill, Outdoor-Küche, Offene Duschen, Klimaanlage in jedem Zimmer, großer TV im Wohnzimmer + kleine TV's in den Schlafzimmer, ...)! Ein kleines Manko gab es bei den offenen Duschen, welche eine schwache Neigung im Boden haben, sodass das Wasser nicht richtig abfließen kann. Die Vermieter waren sehr sympathisch und freundlich! Wir wurden gut beraten, was man in der Nähe unternehmen kann. Auch eine Überweisung, die wir in Kuna tätigen mussten aufgrund eines Parkvergehens wurde von den Vermietern vorgestreckt und von uns erst nach der Abreise in Euro überwiesen, man ist hier wirklich gut aufgehoben! Ich würde diese Villa jederzeit wieder buchen und kann es allen anderen nur empfehlen!!!
Wir waren im Juli 2018 als Familie mit zwei Kindern für eine Woche in dem Haus und haben jede Minute genossen. Das Haus ist ein Traum, die Ausstattung Top und der Pool ist einfach super. Die Bilder entsprechen der Realität! Die sehr freundlichen und hilfsbereiten Vermieter wohnen in der Nähe und helfen gerne. Zum ersten Mal überlegen wir, dieses Haus auch im nächsten Jahr zu buchen, das sagt bei uns alles...
