Beautiful and modern villa Noble 1 is located in a small village called Bale and can accommodate up to 6 people. Villa Noble 1 is actually a sister building and shares a basement with Villa Noble 2.
The villa can be rented as 2 separate units or as one unit. If you are looking to spend a luxurious vacation then Villa Noble 1 is the right choice for you. This villa will surprise you with an offer that you must not miss. All guests are welcomed with seasonal homegrown organic vegetables upon arrival, as an introduction to the scents of Istria. There is an indoor pool with a wellness spa room and sauna located in the basement, as well as an outdoor pool. Every morning as you wake up and make your first cup of coffee or tea with the wish to freshen up and swim in the outdoor pool, you will be greeted by a beautiful view of the surrounding nature and greenery. The ground floor of the villa has a luxurious living room, dining room and fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to cook fine meals for your family and friends. The first floor is designed as a sleeping area and it consists of 3 bedrooms with double beds and private bathrooms. Due to the large glass surfaces, the villa exudes freshness and spaciousness. Outside you have an outdoor covered terrace with a barbecue area at your disposal, where you can enjoy dinner together. There is also an electric car charging station. It is good to mention that guests of this villa have free entrance to the Paleo Water Park, as well as the Mon Perin Camping, its beaches and amenities. There is also a panorama train from and to the Mon Perin Camping. Book your luxury dream villa where the standards are high and only the sky is the limit. Airport transfer from Pula is included. Note: Villa Noble 1 is not a party house and younger guest groups are not allowed.
Apart from the fact that Villa Noble 1 offers you a very luxurious ambience, it is located in one of the most beautiful Istrian towns, Bale, which is located on the western coast of Istria. This historic stone town was built on a hill surrounded by beautiful olive groves and vineyards. Beautiful pebble and rocky beaches are only 7km away from the villa. Local restaurants are also located near the villa and the offer of Istrian specialities and wines is top-notch. The towns of Rovinj and Pula are a 30-minute drive away. In Pula, be sure to visit the Pula Arena, the Colosseum, as well as many other sights with many cultural and entertainment events, especially in the summer months. We can say that Rovinj is a romantic city full of narrow streets and colourful houses with excellent restaurants and gastronomic offers. The Istrian region offers everything you would want for a relaxing and at the same time exciting vacation.

Property damage security: A 2000,00 € refundable damage deposit or 35 € non-refundable property damage insurance is required.
