Villa Magnolia is located in the south-western part of Istria, just 6 km from the region's tourist centre Pula. We recommend it to families with children and to guests who prefer tranquillity rather than the hustle and bustle of big cities. Besides bathing and suntanning, you can also spend your time bike riding because many Istrian cycling trails pass through or near Sisan.
Just a short drive away from the villa You will find Pula. Pula is the largest town on the Istrian Peninsula offers a diversity of attractions to lovers of culture. The rich itinerary of its three thousand year old history, where every step you take through the old town is a landmark, begins and ends with the Roman amphitheatre.
One of the close by must see places is definitelly Rt Kamenjak. Here You will find crystal-clear sea and beaches to suit everyone’s needs: smooth and even stone surfaces or pebbles for all generations, especially families with children or “secluded” beaches hidden by untouched greenery for those who want a bit of privacy.

Wir haben im Juni 2023 eine Woche in der Villa verbracht. Traumhaft schön. Alles sauber und ordentlich. In der Küche gibt es alles was man braucht. Habe sicherheitshalber meinen Thermomix mitgenommen, der aber nie zum Einsatz kam. Die Kinder waren immer beschäftigt.
Das Haus steht auch in einer toller Gegend, wo es einfach niemanden gibt und dementsprechend ist es auch leise.
Wir empfehlen die Villa weiter und kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!
Wir haben im Sommer 2022 tolle 2 Wochen in der Villa Magnolia verbracht. Es ist sauber, sehr schön eingerichtet, ein super Pool. Wir haben sehr viel Spaß gehabt. Lediglich Moskitonetze über den Betten oder an den Fenstern fehlten (-1 Stern). Die Duschbrause wahr nicht auf dem neusten Stand. Zu den Stränden wird das Auto benötigt. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen - TOP.

Das Ferienhaus ist liebevoll eingerichtet. Es ist sauber und alles, was man braucht, ist vorhanden. Da der Pool beheizt ist, konnten wir ihn sogar schon im April nutzen. Das Haus liegt in einer ruhigen Gegend, etwas versteckt aber dank google maps findet man es schnell. Wir hatten einen schönen Urlaub und haben Istrien von Nord nach Süd und von Ost nach West erkundet. Wir können die Villa "Magnolia" uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.
We were very happy with the villa. Sandra was very welcoming and was always contactable if we had any queries. Given it was late in the season we asked for the pool heating to remain on which was really helpful and our boys had a fantastic time in the pool. The villa is well stocked with everything you need and was really warm when the temperature dropped in the evening. The location is convenient for Pula and Medulin and there is a small shop within walking distance.
Once again many thanks to Sandra who was a kind and welcoming host. We would recommend Istria as a holiday destination.

Tolle und gepflegte Anlage. Sauberer Pool, sehr einladend und tolle Lage. Gerne wieder und Sandra ist eine tolle Gastgeberin, die sich auf ihre Gäste einstellt und auch bei Fragen jederzeit erreichbar ist!

es war unser 1. Urlaub in Kroatien und wir haben uns in der Villa Magnolia sehr wohl gefühlt. Im Haus gibt es alles was man braucht und durch den Pool konnten wir entspannt unsere Nachmittage verbringen. Da mehrere Strände in der Nähe sind (10-20 Minuten) sind wir vormittags an den Strand, die wunderschön sind. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es auch mehrere in der Nähe, das italienische Restaurant Peppercino ist auch empfehlenswert. Das Haus ist in einer ruhigen Gegend aber dennoch zentral gelegen, die Besitzerin sehr freundlich und sehr zuvorkommend.
Wir würden gerne nochmal hier Urlaub machen.
Wir als Familie mit 2 Kindern konnten zwei Wochen im Haus unsere Ferien geniessen. Das Haus ist in einem guten Zustand und alles ist vorhanden. In der nähe hat es einen kleinen Supermarkt welcher das wichtigste bietet. Die Spielgelegenheiten hatten unsere Kinder sehr geschätzt. Wir empfehlen das Haus gerne weiter und wünschen allen welche es Buchen einen schönen Aufenthalt.

Die Villa ist sehr schön sauber und gepflegt. Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt weil es auch sehr wohnlich eingerichtet ist. Wir würden jederzeit hier wieder Urlaub machen
Das Haus ist sehr sauber und gemütlich eingerichtet, toller Aussenbereich mit Grill, Pool und Kinderspielsachen. Die Hausbesitzern war äußerst nett, zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit - im Haus selbst fehlte es ebenfalls an nichts - wir haben uns während des 2-wöchigen Urlaubs sehr wohl gefühlt

Das Haus ist sauber und sehr liebevoll eingerichtet. Man fühlt sich auf Anhieb wohl. Meine Kinder hatten Spaß und Trampolin, Rutsche und Wippe sind in einwandfreiem Zustand.

Mein Mann und ich hatten einen wunderschönen erholsamen und ruhigen Urlaub in einem liebevoll eingerichteten Haus indem alles vorhanden war wie in der Beschreibung auch beschrieben. Die Vermieterin empfing und verabschiedete uns sehr lieb und freundlich.
