Stunning villa with pool near the sea in Pula

Villa Luen has 2 floors, each with a fully equipped kitchen and a dining area, as well as a cosy living room. This makes it ideal for 2 or more families travelling together. On the ground floor, there are 3 bedrooms: one bedroom is equipped with a double bed and two bedrooms are equipped with a large single bed each. There are also two bathrooms on this floor. On the first floor, apart from the living/dining room and kitchen, you will find three further bedrooms - one with two single beds, while the other two bedrooms have a double bed each. The last two bedrooms also have ensuite bathrooms and there is one additional, separate bathroom on this floor.
The outdoor area offers a large, heated swimming pool and cosy sun loungers where the entire group can spend quality time together. There is also a charcoal grill at your disposal for all those master chefs among you. The youngest guests will definitely enjoy the trampoline in the garden, as well as the fact that there are soccer goals if you feel like playing some soccer while on vacation. There are two outdoor dining areas - one is on the terrace on the ground floor and it is foreseen for a max. of 8 persons. The other dining area is upstairs on the balcony and it can accommodate 6 persons. The villa is not foreseen for younger groups.
