Peroj is a village not far from Fažana and Pula. It has been recognised as a summer resort since Roman times. Rovinj is the blue pearl of the Adriatic, one of the most picturesque and romantic cities in the Mediterranean. In 1963, Rovinj was declared a cultural monument.
