The gentle scent of lavender is known for its beneficial effects. It is not only calming and relaxing but also creates a special atmosphere of lightness.
Enjoy all this in Villa Lavanda and experience a Mediterranean, relaxing summer. This newly built villa is surrounded by nature and located near the bay of Duga Uvala, not far from the beautiful beaches and crystal clear sea. On the ground floor, there is a bright and open plan living and dining area with access to the terrace, where you can enjoy the views into the green of the beautiful Mediterranean garden. A bathroom completes the ground floor. Stairs lead you to the first floor, where the second bathroom and three bedrooms are located. Up to six people can rest there. A private pool with a separate basin, which has a massage function, provides cooling on summer days. You can relax on deck chairs in the natural shade of the olive trees. Children will certainly enjoy the large swing, but adults will also find the Hollywood swing on the terrace enjoyable. Can you imagine relaxing there with a book and a nice drink?.

The villa is situated in the village of Pavicini just out of Duga Uvala. Duga Uvala is a sheltered bay on the east coast of Istria between the larger towns of Labin and Pula. This area of Istria is generally very undeveloped and provides a long stretch of unspoilt coastline. Inland from the coast is delightful rural villages. Local roads and farm tracks lead down to the coast and its many coves and inlets on the peaceful Rasa estuary and the bay of Duga Uvala. In Duga Uvala bay itself, there is a Hotel, beachside cafes and a pizzeria. The hotel complex includes a wellness centre, massage, aromatherapy and fitness centre. There are sports facilities available as well as nightclubs and discos. The principal town of the area is Pula but there are shops and restaurants in several of the villages and small towns in this region.

Ein sehr schönes und gepflegtes Haus mit jeglicher Ausstattung die nötig ist. Wir haben unseren Familienurlaub sehr genossen.
