The villa offers accommodation for 8 persons in 4 spacious, comfortable bedrooms with a lot of natural materials giving you the feeling of warmth.
If you enjoy cooking for friends and family the villa offers a fully equipped kitchen with an extra, smaller kitchen connected to the outside near the pool area. A big grill is also on disposal just next to the awning to enjoy outdoor meals in the shadow.
On the ground floor you can find 2 of the bedrooms, a big living room, a bathroom and a separate toilet, while on the first floor you have 2 other bedrooms, a bathroom, access to the terrace with sea view and a working room, also suitable for children to play. On the lower part of the ground floor, in the same level as the pool, there is a tavern with a kitchenette.
When you want to completely relax, this villa offers you both sauna and whirlpool! While the sauna is located on the lower part of the ground floor, the whirlpool is located in a special corner of the modern bedroom with TV and a little lounge area on the first floor. Enjoy your night and dive into the nice mood of this room with candles, a glass of Istrian Malvazija and all the lights of the whirlpool. The entire villa is decorated with a lot of style and the open concept living room mostly in grey tones, is refreshed with colorful furniture giving the room a contemporary feel.
Villa Kozada is just a stroll away from beaches, shops and restaurants so you can have everything needed to enjoy your holidays to the fullest!.
Welcome to Pula, the amazing Roman city with over 3000 years of history and over 2300 hours of sunshine annually! It is located on the southern part of the Istrian peninsula. Pula is known for beautiful monuments, a rich cultural program during the whole year and amazing nature with breathtaking beaches. With the villa being located close to all amenities and the nice pebbly beach just a few meters away. Take part in one of the interesting events like the Pula movie festival or the Antique Spectacle both taking place in the old amphitheatre, visit museums or the aquarium. If you want to explore more, be sure to visit the nearby Brijuni island, also known for being a beautiful National Park with a safari and a golf course.
Beautiful Villa with plenty of indoor and outdoor space. Well positioned for exploring the area. Lovely pool. Seperate kitchen area next to the pool makes outdoor dining easy. Short walk to the beach although the better beaches are near fazana. Parking for a car and also has a garage. Short drive to Pula. Villa was very clean and well presented.

Super ausgestattete Villa, gute Betten, gepflegter Garten, großer Grill und perfekt temperierter Pool, wir hatten eine tolle Zeit im Juli mit 4 Erwachsenen und 3 Jugendlichen. Jedes Zimmer konnte gut und schnell klimatisiert werden. WLAN war ganz ok. Man konnte von dort aus viel unternehmen, mit dem Auto nach Pula oder zu verschiedenen Stränden, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten problemlos mit dem Auto erreichbar, Vermieter freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir waren wunschlos glücklich und kommen gerne wieder!
Wir hatten 10 sehr schöne Tage im September. Das Haus und der Pool entsprechen genau dem Angebot und waren einfach toll! Wir waren 6 Erwachsene und habe das Haus, den Garten und den Poll sehr genossen.
Wir bedanken uns bei den Gastgebern und würden gerne wieder zu Ihnen kommen. Wir können die Villa wirklich weiterempfehlen.
Es ist wirklich an alles gedacht. Die Ausstattung war wirklich gut und ließ kaum Wünsche offen.

Sehr schönes Haus & toller Pool. WLAN ist auch super. Haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Gastgeber war bei Fragen immer abrufbereit. Danke für die schöne Woche Robert!
Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt in der Villa. Schöner Pool, schöner Aussenbereich, schöner Garten. Wir (2 Familien mit Kinder) waren sehr begeistert. Die Gastgeber waren sehr nett und haben uns jederzeit jeden Wunsch erfüllt. Wir können die Villa nur empfehlen !!
