Each villa has its own pool, 2 of which can be heated and covered so that you cold enjoy them on colder days too.

During warm, sunny days you can of course soak up the sun by one of the pools, but you can also play golf on the private court or take relaxing walks through your own private forestland. At your disposal is also a sauna and fitness house, equipped with everything one could need.

All of the villas have 5 bedrooms each, all of them with private bathrooms. The ground floor area at all three villas has a direct access to the outdoor terrace, boasting views of the spectacular Istrian countryside.
