Beautiful villa with private pool near Pula

Villa Ines offers everything for a relaxing holiday. The very helpful onsite caretakers are always ready to assist you.
In its modern decorated interior Villa Ines can accommodate 10+2 guests. On the ground floor there is one bedroom, one bathroom, fully equipped kitchen with dining area and living room. From the ground floor there is direct access to the green garden with private pool and outside dining area. For more fun, there is table football, darts and pool table at disposal. Your youngest ones will adore children’s playground. On the upper floor there are 2 bedrooms with double bed, one bedroom with 2 single beds, one bathroom and one bedroom with en suite bathroom. All of the bedrooms are air conditioned and have SAT TV. Upon request the owner can organise a daily trip to the National Park Brijuni Islands. .

Location of the Villa Ines is just perfect: only 2 km from first beaches, close to the Pula city centre, and just a short drive away from Fazana, small town, from which you can take a boat and visit Brijuni Islands, a fabulous National Park. Istria is the perfect location for those that wish to enjoy the unspoilt nature and the charm of small, traditional, mostly medieval towns. However, for those that prefer the hustle and bustle of the city, most of the tourist locations are only a short drive away. When it comes to culture and tradition, Pula is considered to be the centre of Istria. Pula had its peak during the Roman period, which left many traces, the most impressive being the Amphitheatre. Pula offers a diversity of activities, from sport facilities, bars, restaurants and nightclubs, to organised excursions, for example to the national park Brijuni. Like many other coastal towns, Pula is also known for its beautiful beaches and crystal clear sea. Lush forests, a diversity of beautiful beaches and the Mediterranean climate make this place a very attractive destination for seaside lovers.

Schöne Villa mit tollen Außenbereich für groß und klein. Tolles Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Sehr nette Eigentümer, die sehr hilfsbereit sind. Die Villa hat all unsere Erwartungen erfüllt. Kommen gerne wieder.
Sehr schöne Villa, mit allen für groß und klein. Besonders großer Wohnbereich. Überdachung über dem essbereich sehr hilfreich gegen Sonne und Regen. Schöner Pool Kinder immer im Blick. Sehr nette, persönliche Eigentümer mit vielen kleinen Überraschungen. Zu empfehlen der bootstrip, bei den Eigentümern zu bestellen. Alles top 👍
