Charming villa with pool near Pula

Sehr netter Vermieter. Alles wie beschrieben und sehr sauber. Wir können die Villa empfehlen.

Exakt gemäß Fotos und Beschreibung! Vor allem der Verwalter vor Ort (Alen) ist wahnsinnig hilfsbereit und steht jederzeit zur Verfügung. Absolut zu empfehlen!

Wir waren mit 2 Familien in diesem wunderschönen Haus. Es bietet sich perfekt an, da jedes Schlafzimmer mit einem eigenen Bad ausgestattet ist. Das gesamte Haus war in einem top Zustand. Auch draußen gibt es viele Liegen, Sonnenschirme und Sitzgelegenheiten - einfach traumhaft!! Wir waren rundum zufrieden - wurden sehr freundlich empfangen und uns wurde bei Fragen immer schnell und freundlich geholfen :) wir können dieses Haus sehr weiter empfehlen!!

Wir waren im Juli 2022 in der wunderschönen Villa Imela. Das Haus ist sehr modern eingerichtet, genau wie auf den Photos. Der Hammer ist der grosse Pool, wo man herrlich toben kann, die Kinder liebten ihn. Wir haben auch den Fitnessraum genutzt, da es dort immer herrlich kühl war, auch wenn draußen 35 Grad waren. Allen, die Kontaktperson , war super hilfsbereit. Vom Haus aus kann man Isrien super erkunden, fuer uns war alles perfekt. Wir kommen gern wieder. Familie Sander aus Berlin

Villa Imela is a beautifully renovated house in a quiet area of Istria. We spent our holidays here in July 2020 with 4 adults and two children (aged 8 & 6). Upon arrival, we were kindly welcomed by Alen, the host of the villa, together with his wife and daughters. The fridge was already filled with water, juice, and some delicious pastries. Alen has been extremely friendly, generous and helpful throughout our entire stay, without ever disturbing our privacy. Whenever we had a small problem or question, he replied without hesitation. Everything in the house looked brand new and was very clean. The large pool was great as well, especially for the kids, who spent many hours in it. The small pool on top is a nice extra feature and can be used as a kind of small whirlpool or a fun little extra pool for the kids to play in. The house itself has a modern interior and is quite spacious, even for 6 people. Every bedroom is connected to its own bathroom. Everything else in and around the house is exactly as can be seen on the pictures. The closest town is Barban, which is about 5-10 minutes away by car, and has a shop and some bars and restaurants. A big supermarket can be found in Labin (20-25 minutes by car). Zminj (20-25 minutes by car) has 2 very good pizzerias. Alen and his father have a van filled with daily necessities like bread, fruit, vegetables, toilet paper, ... which they sell at different locations in the area. One of the locations is right in front of the door of the villa, where they come every morning around 8 o’clock (except weekends) and stay for maybe 15 minutes, before moving on to the next location. We found this very convenient to get our daily bread and fruit! Long story short: we had a wonderful vacation in Istria and can definitely recommend to stay in Villa Imela!
