Charming villa with pool & sea view near Pula

Villa Histria is located in the small village of Kavran. It is about 8 km from Krnica which is a 5 min car trip from the seaside. Krnica is an excellent place for combining both relaxation and active holidays. In the nearby port, there is an excellently equipped diving centre which discovers old sunken ships, spectacular underwater caves, cliffs, the thrill of night diving and the splendour abundance of life for beginners and experienced divers. The east coast of Istria offers a diversity of beaches and a crystal clear sea. Pula is about 25 km from the villa and is the tourist centre of Istria in terms of culture, tradition and beautiful nature. It had its heydays during the Roman period. The Romans left many traces, particularly the fine amphitheatre. During the Venetian period, Pula developed into being the control centre of the Adriatic, and in the course of centuries, the town's harbour developed into the most important harbour in the region. Pula offers all sorts of leisure activities, including sports facilities, nightclubs, casinos, pubs and restaurants, and organised excursions.
