The beautiful Villa Green House will instantly put you in a vacation mood with its colourful and cheerful furnishing. With five spacious bedrooms and three bathrooms, there is also room for a larger group of 8+2 people.
On the upper ground floor, there is a pleasant living room with access to the balcony above the pool, as a great location for a morning coffee or a meal. Since the floor plan is semi-open with a free passage, the living room is followed by a spacious dining room and a fully equipped kitchen with an additional table. For easier access to all facilities and maximum functionality, families with children will appreciate the location of one bedroom and bathroom on the ground floor. However, the first floor, where the remaining 4 bedrooms and one bathroom are located, offers benefits in the form of a large balcony with a view of the terrace and pool. Deck chairs placed around the private pool invite you to enjoy yourself, yet the relaxation areas on this property do not end there. The entire yard is designed for a shared vacation with a large dining table and a grill where you can prepare various delicious meals for your loved ones. For a special atmosphere, there is also a green area with various plants, flowers, and a bench to enjoy your time next to the garden. If outdoor activities are not enough of a physical challenge for you, try the exercise equipment or joint activities - table football and darts which are located on the lower ground floor, where you can find the third bathroom. In this villa, your privacy and comfort are prioritised, given that you have private parking and the yard is completely fenced.

Villa Green House is located in Pula, and only a short drive away from gorgeous beaches on a beautiful Adriatic coastline. Pula is a famous tourist destination and a city that will intrigue you with its interesting culture, rich history and stunning architecture. When in Pula, make sure to visit the famous Amphitheater, one of the six largest Roman amphitheatres in the world, built under the reign of Emperor Vespasian.
Nearby, there is the National park Brijuni, a group of islands known for its unspoilt nature, which has made them a popular destination.
If you take a stroll along the promenade you will see countless restaurants and bars, where you can enjoy the delicious Istrian cuisine.

Als wir ankamen wurde das Haus vom Vermieter in einem außerordentlichen sauberen Zustand übergeben. Der sehr nette Vermieter ist um das wohl seiner Gäste besorgt und gab uns viele Tipps.
Wir verbrachten 10 wundervolle Tage in Pula und Umgebung. Traumhafte Strände und Orte (Porec und Rovinj) haben wir besucht.
Medulin ist ganz in der Nähe mit seinen Rundflügen über Pula und Umgebung ein echtes Highlight.
Der feine Sandstrand in Medulin ist besonders für Familien mit kleinen Kindern geeignet, da dieser sehr flach abfällt.
Wir wünschen dem Vermieter alles gute und freuen uns mal wieder seine Gäste sein zu dürfen.
The best host we have ever had! Very friendly, but not pushy! Very very clean villa! Very nice furnitured und every single photo says the truth! Very nice and clean pool! Nothing to complain about!
We drove every day to Medulin, only 10 min away from the Villa Green house.
A medium sized supermarket is around the corner and Lidl or Plodine are just a 3 minute's drive away.
The villa is situated in a quiet neighbourhood, so we take into consideration that the neighbours must work during the week.

In July/August 2018 we stayed 3 weeks in this beautiful house. The first impression was very good and this didn‘t change during the entire stay. Everything inside and outside is extraordinary clean and well maintained. The furniture is functional and leaves no wishes open. We were 3 groups with 5 adults and 3 kids in total.. The house offers enough space and retreat opportunities. We enjoyed our coffee at the balkony while watching the kids playing in the pool. The privacy in the outdoor area (pool, bbq, balkony) is good. The owner is very committed to make the stay as convenient as possible. We felt very welcomed. Nearby is a nice little winery and a small grocery. Pula and Istria has a lot to offer and we definitely recommend the house!
Our family spent two fantastic weeks in Villa Greenhouse in June 2018! The Villa is meticulously clean and finished with lots of home comforts to make it fell cosy. It's in a quiet residential area on the outskirts of Pula, but there is a shop just around the corner which was really helpful. The pool and outdoor dining areas are fabulous for relaxing during the day and the smart TV and playstation came in handy when the kids were tired/needed to unwind in the evening. The owners were very friendly and helpful! They facilitated our late arrival time, provided a change of linen and extra towels and storage for bags on our departure. The villa was big and bright with plenty of room for the seven of us and we would definitely recommend Villa Green House for those looking to holiday in Pula! Many Thanks to Omer and his lovely wife for our enjoyable stay (and the delicious cake x)
