Beautiful villa with private pool near Pula

Lovely and well equipped house (especially the kitchen), spacious property in a quiet location! Walking distance to the centre of Fazana (or the city beach), or only a quick bike ride through the olive gardens. Different beaches near by (many of them with free parking), we used car to explore the coast. About 15 Minutes ride to Pula and different rocky beaches in the surrounding. Good communication with the owner, who cares about your privacy. We had a really great time in Villa Felice! Thank you Kristina, Igor and Maja!

Wir hatten einen tollen ruhigen Familienurlaub (6 Personen) in der Villa Felice. Wir könnten auf Anfrage 2 Stunden davor einchecken und das Anwesen bereits bei Ankunft (ca. 11Uhr) betreten um zu parken und am Poll zu warten bzw. die Stadt zu erkunden. Die Übergabe war sehr angehen und professionell ,auch gab es etwas süßes und Olivenöl als Begrüßung. Bei Anliegen wurde immer sofort reagiert und das ganze Team war stehts sehr bemüht. Wie fast überall gibt es natürlich auch Kleinigkeiten die Luft nach oben lassen, aber dass wäre dann schon jammern auf sehr hohen Niveau. Wir hatten eine Tolle Zeit (Juli 2023)

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit in der Villa Felice. Es ist sauber und alles auf dem neuesten Stand. Es fehlte an nichts und die kleinen Details machen es sehr gemütlich. Man kann einen Ausschnitt des Meeres sehen, was es nur gemütlicher macht, wenn man in einem umzäunten Garten in Mitten von angrenzenden Olivenhainen sitzt. Wer die Ruhe und Abgeschiedenheit liebt, kann sich hier sehr wohl fühlen. Mit dem Fahrrad ist es nicht weit zum Meer. Und kann dann man am Meer entlang laufen oder radeln, oder sich in Fazana aufhalten. Der Kontakt und die Kommunikation vor, während und nach der Reise durch die Vermieter/in Kristina und Igor waren sehr gut. Sie waren jederzeit erreichbar und haben sofort auf Fragen reagiert. Die Schlüsselübergabe mit Maja verlief sehr angenehm und unkompliziert. Viele Grüße an die Kristina und Igor von Karla und Nicolette

We had a great stay at Villa Felice. The villa & domain fully matched our expectations: large, isolated domain while at the same time very close (less than 1k) to the village of Fazana & the sea, beautiful, large swimming pool, well furnished, fully equipped house. Good price/quality compared to many other holiday homes in Istria. Nice plus: a bike was provided for each of us to use freely during our stay. Excellent, easy contact with the hosts, including good briefing at arrival.

Das Haus ist absolut empfehlenswert. Alles sauber und in einem Top-Zustand. Ruhige Lage, trotzdem nicht weit vom Ort entfernt. Vermieter und Empfang überaus freundlich und bemüht. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit! (Juli 2022)

!!!!! Stunning ambience inbetween olive tree plantations !!!!!! Villa Felice is outside the small town of Fasana, inbetween olive tree plantations. Next to butterflies and lizards you are able to comletely relax and enjoy the fantastic house, bbq spot, swimming pool and view together with your family of this stunning property. Harbour/promenade/historic center with restaurances and grocery shopping possibilities are in short walking distance - also with kids easy to access! Remote beaches to enjoy the fresh mediterrain sea are nearby (8min by car). Igor and Kristina are amazing hosts, which made us feel like being at home from the very first second! Wir waren in der Woche vom 28.8.bis 4.9.2021 in der Villa Felice. Das Haus war ein Traum, Die Vermieter sehr zuvorkommend. bei unser Ankunft wurden wir mit einem riesigen Korb voll mit Lebensmitteln überrascht. Alles sehr sauber, der Pool ein Traum .Die Lage für Ruhesuchende hervorragend, da wie am Foto die Villa eine Alleinlage hat. Wichtig wäre noch zu erwähnen, dass die Besitzer, der Villa, ein Restaurant in Pula/Marina haben. Das Essen so wie das Personal war hervorragend, Ein großen Danke an Kristina und Igor, Vermieter der Villa, sie waren jederzeit für uns erreichbar und haben unsere Wünsche erfüllt. We had the perfect week in Croatia at Villa Felice. It's such a beautiful villa - private and spacious with a wonderfully refreshing pool and al fresco dining complete with bbq area. The free use of bikes was a lovely touch and perfect for zipping in and out of Fazana for beach and cafe trips. Igor and Kristina were great hosts - they also have a great restaurant in Pula, down at the marina - recommended - and the jet ski surprise, on the final day, was the icing on the cake!

Wir waren im August 2018 für 1 Woche dort im Urlaub, wir waren glaub ich sogar die ersten Urlauber, die in dem neuen Haus wohnen durften. Wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen und auch ans Essen wurde gedacht. Wir haben das Haus sehr genossen. Es war schön ruhig und die Kinder haben den Pool geliebt. Abends nach leckerem Essen und Bummeln in der Stadt sind wir alle gerne noch einmal in den Pool gesprungen. Die Vermieter waren sehr hilfsbereit und haben uns auch noch 2 Räder ausgetauscht, da sie von der Größe nicht passten. Also wir können das Haus wirklich sehr empfehlen und vielleicht kommen wir auch einmal wieder. Vielen Dank nochmal an die Vermieter Igor und seine Frau (den Namen weiß ich leider nicht mehr).

Quiet and close to the village. It's easy to go there with the provided bicycles. The villa is well equipped and very clean. Good contact with the owners when we asked them some questions.

Lovely place, lovely place. Rural yet close to the village, shops, restaurants and beach. All super clean, new - just lovely. The swimming pool was great too and the provided bicycles were all in perfect condition. Couple of things to improve (still keeping 5 stars): would be lovely were the hosts a bit more flexible with guest check out hour i.e. not being forced to leave at 10am on the dot. And the swimming pool had cleaning done mid week where the amount of chlorine could have been a bit less.
