Villa Elite 2 is a modern villa in Pula, near the sea. It has a private pool and can accommodate up to eight persons in four bedrooms.
It is a semidetached villa and it shares a wall with its sister villa Elite 1.
Even though both villas share a fully enclosed garden, each villa is a self-sustaining vacation home and has its own separate swimming pool, terrace and two parking spaces. Elite 2 is located in the backyard area, away from the road.
The ground floor of the villa contains a spacious, bright and airy, open floor plan living room, dining area and kitchen, as well as an extra bathroom.
In the living area, there is enough space for all guest to enjoy their evenings together, and on a TV you can watch your favourite sports matches or show, or fire up the karaoke machine for some pure enjoyment.
On the first floor, there are four bedrooms, all with ensuite bathrooms. There is a large terrace on the first floor at your disposal, a perfect place to drink that first cup of coffee or tea in the morning while you watch the sunrise over the area. In the garden, you have your own swimming pool and sun loungers. Take a swim to refresh during hot summer days, and afterwards relax on the loungers, work on that perfect tan and sip a cold drink. There is a BBQ in the yard that you can use to prepare delicious meals and show off those Masterchef skills, and you can enjoy them with your family or friends in the covered outside dining area. There is a children's playground behind the house that is in the shade during the day, so your children can play there carefree. Villa Elite 2 is located in the outskirts of Pula, so if you wish you can always hop to the beach, explore the city and many landmarks it provides or enjoy the rich restaurant scene of Pula.
Pula is the largest city in Istria, a coastal tourist hot spot and an ancient city dating back to the Roman Empire. It is a city filled with many historical landmarks, most notable of all Arena, gladiator pit built during the 1st century, and one of most preserved to this day. Pula has a rich restaurant scene, with many restaurants serving traditional Mediterranean cuisine, spiced up with Istrian truffles, some of the best in the world. If you want to explore the wider Istrian area, Pula is well connected with the rest of the region so you can plan many day trips by car. We recommend you explore other large coastal cities like Rovinj and Porec, or inland cities of Groznjan and Motovun. There is a boat ride from Pula to National Park Brijuni, and on the road to Rovinj, you can check Lim Bay, a fjord located on the west coast that is one of the nature spots in Istria you shouldn't miss.
The price includes: VAT (if applicable), tourist tax and all as listed on the villa homepage.
Property damage security: A 500.00 € refundable damage deposit or 35 € non-refundable property damage insurance is required.
