Villa Elite 1 is a modern villa located in Pula near the sea which has a private pool. The villa can accommodate up to eight persons in four bedrooms.
It is a semidetached villa and it shares a wall with its sister villa Elite 2.
Both villas Elite 1 and Elite 2 share a fully enclosed garden, but each villa is a self-sustaining vacation home and has its own separate swimming pool, terrace and two parking spaces. Elite 1 is located in the front yard area.
There is your own swimming pool and sun loungers in the garden, so use it and take a swim to refresh during the day, and afterwards relax on the loungers. Bask in the sun for that perfect tan with a cold drink in your hand. Fire up the BBQ in the yard to prepare amazing meals which you can then enjoy with your family and friends in the covered outside dining area. Behind the house, there is a children's playground which is in the shade during the day, where your children can play carefree. The villa has a spacious, bright and airy open plan ground floor with a living room, dining area and kitchen, and there is an extra bathroom at your disposal.
The living area provides enough space for all guest to enjoy their time together for instance by watching your favourite sports team playing on TV or singing your favourite hit songs on the karaoke machine as an easy and fun activity.
There are four bedrooms on the first floor of the villa, all with ensuite bathrooms, as well as a large terrace - the perfect place for that first cup of morning coffee or tea while the sunrise breaks over the area. Villa Elite 1 is located in the outskirts of Pula so it is easy for you to hop to the nearby beach or explore many old landmarks in the city. Pula offers a rich gastro-scene so if you are a foodie, you have many restaurants to choose from.
Pula is the coastal tourist hot spot and the largest Istrian city dating far back to the old Roman Empire. Pula is rich with historical landmarks and sites, most notable of all gladiator pit Arena built during the 1st century, and one of most preserved arenas of this type to this day. The city is full of many wonderful restaurants, many of them serving traditional Mediterranean cuisine, spiced up with Istrian truffles, some of the best in the world. For those wanting to explore the beautiful wider Istrian area, the city is well connected with the rest of the region so you can plan many day trips by car. If you want recommendations you can explore other large and ancient coastal cities like Rovinj and Porec, or inland cities Motovun and Groznjan. You can take a boat ride from Pula to National Park Brijuni, and be sure to check Lim Bay on the road to Rovinj, a fjord located on the west coast that is one of the predominant nature spots in Istria.

Property damage security: A 500,00 € refundable damage deposit or 35 € non-refundable property damage insurance is required.
