The charming Villa Edi is a traditional-styled and well-equipped villa, located near the beach that can welcome a total of 10 guests and will certainly make you feel at home in Istria. The highlights of this villa are without a doubt the beautiful secluded garden, a little piece of paradise with numerous olive trees and lounge areas, and the private pool which is great for much-needed refreshment on hot summer days.
Spend precious family time together and prepare meals on the traditional BBQ while the kids enjoy the playground. With its wooden elements, the interior also embodies tradition. The ground floor consists of a wonderful living room, dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, and one bathroom with a shower. Two air-conditioned bedrooms with double beds can be found on the first floor, one of them having an en-suite bathroom with a tub. Guests will also find one additional bathroom with a shower on this floor. The second floor consists of a total of 3 rooms and 2 bathrooms. 2 rooms have double beds, and one of those rooms has an en-suite bathroom with a shower. And lastly, on this floor guests have one additional room with a single bed and a sofa bed at their disposal, as well as one bathroom with a shower. And for the cherry on top, Villa Edi has a sauna that guests can enjoy on the ground floor. Visit Istria, meet the locals, eat traditional Croatian cuisine, stay at Villa Edi, and nothing will keep you from fully experiencing this region.
Krnica is a little place in Istria, located a little bit away from the seaside (a 5 min drive). Krnica is the perfect base for day trips to the famous cities of Pula, Rovinj, and Opatija. Krnica is also an excellent place for combining both relaxation and active holidays. In the nearby port, there is an excellently equipped diving center that discovers old sunken ships, spectacular underwater caves, cliffs, the thrill of night diving for both beginners and experienced divers. The east coast of Istria offers a diversity of beaches and crystal clear sea. The untouched coast reveals peaceful coves with gentle pebbles, cliffs, and aromatic woods. With its numerous coastal and forest paths, this area is great for mountain biking, long relaxation walks, horse riding, but also as a starting point for excursions at discovering magical Istria. Krnički Porat – a lovely port that radiates with the timeless tradition of fishermen`s virtues. Always fresh fruits of the big blue, engirded with liquid gold of olive oil are a perfect experience located of the Istrian cousine.

Property damage security: A 200,00 € refundable damage deposit or 35 € non-refundable property damage insurance is required.
