Villa Cascada is located in the small town of Muntić, on the outskirts of Pula and only 5 km from the international airport, providing you with easy access to the city while offering a multicultural experience at your fingertips. Enriched with a modern interior and exterior and a touch of Istrian rusticity, the villa offers you an ambience that will leave you breathless! It was built at the beginning of 2023 and is now ready to open it's doors to guests who are searching for a luxurious and peaceful vacation with friends or family.
You will be comfortably accommodated in 3 double rooms (one of which has two single beds that can be joined if desired). Each bedroom has an en suite bathroom with shower cabins that are fully equipped. Guests are also provided with a washing machine, dryer and iron. In the spacious living room, there is a three-seater sofa with a queen-sized bed, LED TV and modern details. Of course, important to mention is that the kitchen has an impressive view of the greenery through the sliding glass walls! The kitchen is fully equipped, with accents of minimalism, which make it easier to prepare a light lunch as well as a rich dinner, which is in fact, a tradition in Istria. In front of the villa there is a beautiful swimming pool also enriched with greenery, where you can find cooling shade during the summer heat or enjoy the Istrian sun on the deckchairs by the pool. In addition to the swimming pool, this villa offers a relaxing wellness area and outdoor jacuzzi. Underneath the shade of the palm tree, you will surely be delighted by the children's playground equipped with a slide and swings and a gas grill. Villa Cascada offers you rejuvenation for both body and soul, while the enchanting village of Muntić will delight you with its distinctive Istrian ambiance.
Villa Cascada is located in the village of Muntić in the municipality of LIžnjan, in the southeast of Istria. This colorful village has a rich history dating back to Roman times. It was first mentioned in the 14th century, and in the 16th century the present church of St. Jerome was built in the Gothic style. Get to know the charming local population and their homemade products that you can use to prepare Istrian dishes. Traditional singers and musicians from Muntić will entertain you. Visit the tourist centers of Medulin and Pula. Medulin is an old fishing town and a modern tourist center. Explore its sandy beaches on the southern coast of Istria and taste the traditional cuisine of the area in restaurants and taverns. For adventurers there is an adrenalin park, while history lovers can visit the archaeological park Vižula, the history park of the municipality of Medulin. Set sail towards the islands of the Medulin archipelago Ceja, Levan or Bodulaš. Also explore the charming village of Marčane. In the immediate vicinity of Marčana is Duga Uvala, where you can enjoy the 300-meter-long beach. You can explore the underground of the Marčana Riviera in Ljubić's cave, Golubinka's cave, or Perešin's cave. Pula is definitely an unavoidable destination. In the largest Istrian city, you can see the Pula Arena, the Temple of Augustus, the Golden Gate and many other cultural and historical monuments. Enjoy the beautiful beaches and stunning scenery.
