A beautifully appointed designer villa, located in Fazana, just a short walk from the nearest beach away - Villa Casa Ombra Rossa will fulfill all your wishes regarding an exceptional holiday retreat! The villa is finished in 2019. and situated in a quiet area.
A short walk is needed to reach the center of Fazana and its shops, restaurants, etc. However, if you are not willing to leave the villa, it is understandable, as you have everything you need at disposal- a private pool and a lovely garden with hammocks and lots of space for sunbathing for the elder ones or playing and fun for the youngest ones. Even a sauna is at your disposal for complete relaxation. The outdoor area, where you will probably spend most of your time has also a charcoal barbecue and covered dining area, where all can gather together and enjoy alfresco meals. The balcony on the upper floor offers a beautiful view of the sea and the Brijuni Islands from the balcony and represents a perfect spot for an evening drink. The interior is tastefully decorated in a modern and clean style, and divided into two floors. The ground floor consists of the spacious living room, fully equipped kitchen with a dining area, and two bedrooms, sharing one elegant bathroom. The remaining two bedrooms are divided over the upper floor, each having a double bed and benefiting of a flat-screen TV and an ensuite bathroom. The property is completely enclosed, offers three private parking spaces, and will spoil you with the location and comfort.

Beautiful Villa Casa Ombra Rossa is located in Fazana, once a charming little Istrian fishing village, nested on the south-western part of Istria. Nowadays Fazana attracts many tourists. It offers beautiful beaches on the Adriatic Sea, charming nature, cultural heritage and local events, especially during summer months: Skola soljenja sardela (Sardine Salting School), More na stolu (Sea on the Table), Ca ribari znaju (What Fishermen can), FeSta od sardela (Sardine Festival)... It is also a great starting point for many excursions. From Fazana you can take a boat and visit Brijuni Islands, a fabulous National Park, where you can enjoy the beautiful nature and play golf as well. Fazana is located only approx. 10 km away from Pula, a city with rich cultural heritage, well known for its Roman Amphitheatre.

Wir haben eine wunderschöne Woche in dieser traumhaften Villa verbracht. Das Ambiente und die gesamte Ausstattung sind einfach toll; es ist alles vorhanden, was man sich wünschen kann und wirklich alles ist blitzeblank und sehr gepflegt. Die Sauna und der Sonnenuntergang auf der oberen Terrasse waren das I-Tüpfelchen. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig und sowohl der Strand, als auch das kleine Örtchen sind in 10 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Dort gibt es auch Bäckereien und kleine Supermärkte. Große Supermärkte sind mit dem Auto in ein paar Minuten zu erreichen. Ein Ausflug nach Rovinj ist sehr zu empfehlen, ebenso ein Besuch auf einer Olivenölfarm. Wir können diese Villa wärmstens weiterempfehlen.
Es ist einfach ein Traumhaus wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub es ist alles perfekt der pool das Haus die Umgebung der Strand das Dorf faszana, ich kann es nur weiter empfehlen wir werden sicher wieder kommen dann aber für zwei Wochen
