Those who seek for a completely recovering vacation, far from the stressful everyday life, in a villa that offers peace, comfort, and lots of space for children to play or to simply enjoy the rural surrounding, are on the right place with Villa Casa Carbonera. Set on a 1300 m2 large plot, accommodating 4+2 guests with two bedrooms and a bathroom, this lovingly restored stone house also has a private pool, an outdoor jacuzzi, and lots of outdoor space for fun and leisure.
The interior is arranged with lots of attention to details and is divided into two floors, having the two comfortable bedrooms with double bed and TV on the upper floor, and additional sleeping possibilities for two on the sofa bed on the ground floor. The kitchen is fully equipped and the living room has a SAT TV and stereo device. This villa will satisfy all- those who prefer to relax on the sun loungers by the pool or in the jacuzzi in chilly evenings, as well as those who like to grab a bike to discover the surrounding or challenge themselves with table football or darts. If you decide to spend a day on the beach, a beautiful bay is waiting for you only about 6 km away from the villa. The nearest small restaurant is within 500 m from the villa, and a wider choice within 6 km from the villa. If you prefer to eat at home, there is a barbecue, charcoal and a cosy dining area on the covered terrace overlooking the beautiful garden with pool.

Villa Casa Carbonera is located near Marcana. Marcana is a small village and municipality located in the southern part of Istria, about 15 km north of Pula, the largest city of Istria. The villa is set in a rural surrounding, yet the beaches and resorts along this stretch of coastline are just a few kilometers away. The nearest beach is Duga Uvala (approx. 6 km). The bustling resort of Medulin and the beautiful architectural sights and cultural events of Pula are also within a very easy distance for those looking a little more in the way of entertainment, eating and shopping options. The location of the villa offers a perfect balance of peacefulness and private enjoyment away from the city rush and tourist crowds matched with short distance to all major Istrian destinations. The Istrian peninsula is also home to one of the most beautiful national parks in this part of Europe – Brijuni. It can be accessed by boat with departure from Fažana, just about 20 kilometers away from the Villa. Car is recommended.

Wir (4 Personen plus Kind und Hund) waren die ersten beiden Wochen im Juli da und wir waren alle begeistert. Ein super tolles Haus, viel Platz zum spielen für Kind und Hund. Ein toller Pool und das Haus genau richtig. Bietet alles was man braucht. Wir hatten als Dauergast eine weiße Katze von der Nachbarin gegenüber da. Je nach Lage und Stimmung hat sie sich mit unserem Hund verstanden oder nicht. Und die letzten Tage bekamen wir noch von drei weiteren Katzen Besuch. Und unser Gastgeber Goran ist ein herzlicher und guter Mann. Immer erreichbar über WhatsApp, ob Frage oder Anliegen, Ratzfatz erledigt. Die Bewertungen können wir auf jedenfall bestätigen. Es ist eine Reise wert. Danke Goran für alles, war schön dich kennen gelernt zu haben.
Wir waren die zweite Pfingstferienwoche zu viert in diesem wunderbaren Ferienhaus! Alle geschriebenen Bewertungen können wir nur bestätigen. Goran ist der netteste Gastgeber den man sich nur vorstellen kann, immer per WhatsApp zu erreichen und unglaublich herzlich. Das von ihm empfohlene Restaurant "La Rocca" hat uns auch begeistert, vor allem die Desserts sollte man unbedingt probieren! Und dann noch ein kleiner Tipp: In den Schlafzimmern gibt es je Doppelbett nur eine Bettdecke, unseren Kindern war das zuviel Nähe ;-) evtl eine Decke von zuhause mitnehmen?!
