Beautiful Villa Casa Arbor Blanco is located in Fazana, once a charming little Istrian fishing village, nestled on the south-western part of Istria. Nowadays Fazana attracts many tourists. It offers beautiful beaches on the Adriatic Sea, charming nature, cultural heritage and local events, especially during summer months: Skola soljenja sardela (Sardine Salting School), More na stolu (Sea on the Table), Ca ribari znaju (What Fishermen can), FeSta od sardela (Sardine Festival)... It is also a great starting point for many excursions. From Fazana you can take a boat and visit Brijuni Islands, a fabulous National Park, where you can enjoy the beautiful nature and play golf as well. Fazana is located only approx. 10 km away from Pula, a city with rich cultural heritage, well known for its Roman Amphitheatre.

Die Villa Casa Arbor Blanco hat wirklich gehalten, was die Bilder versprochen haben. Man hat von der oberen Etage aus einen tollen Blick in Richtung des Nationalparks Brijuni und auf das Meer. Der Pool ist vollkommen ausreichend groß (12.5m!) und machte uns viel Freude. Zum Strand sind es fußläufig nur wenige Minuten, ebenso in die Kleien Stadt Fazana. Richtig viel los ist hier allerdings nicht und auch vom kulinarischen Angebot waren wir nicht restlos überzeugt (beim Fischessen immer nach dem Preis fragen, wenn einem frischer Fisch angeboten wird....). Aber von hier aus sind etliche Ausflüge problemlos möglich wie nach Pula, Rovinj, Porec, den Krimski Kanal- und selbst zu den Plitvicer Seen kann man an einem Tag hin und zurück. Das Haus hat 4 sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtete Schlafzimmer,. eine perfekt funktionierende, unauffällige Klimatisierung, eine Alarmanlage, die mit 100 Kameras sicher abschreckt, eine Lademöglichkeit für E-Autos (sehr wichtig, da es nur 2 öffentliche Ladesäulen in der Umgebung gibt!), Smart TV in jedem Zimmer, gutes und stabiles WLAN (wir hatten Mitfahrer, für die war das wichtig) und sehr netten Kontakt zu den Eigentümern, die stets erreichbar waren und sich um alles gekümmert haben (Selbst eine Fahrt mit dem hauseigenen Motorboot wurde angeboten!). In der Summe hatten wir 2 sehr erholsame Wochen in einer perfekten Umgebung- wir kommen gerne wieder.
Top-Villa ! Sehr modern und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Es mangelt einem so gut wie an Nichts.
Ebenso ist das gesamte Haus blitzblank sauber !
Einzig eine Beschattung beim Pool wäre nicht schlecht! Das Vermieter-Paar ist außerordentlich freundlich und zuvorkommend ! Sie waren bei möglichen Fragen jederzeit telefonisch erreichbar.
Vom Pool im ersten Stock sieht man beim Schwimmen wunderbar auf das Meer. Abends nach Sonnenuntergang ist ein Gelsenspray zu empfehlen!
Der Garten ist sehr schön und gepflegt mit herrlichen Pflanzen, wobei hier ein großer Olivenbaum den nötigen Schatten spendet. Die Villa liegt sehr ruhig, sodass man wunderbar entspannen kann. Und trotzdem nur ca 10-15 Minuten Gehzeit vom Ortszentrum Fazana entfernt.
Schade, wir hatten nur für 1 Woche gebucht, man könnte dort viel länger den Urlaub verbringen !
Die Villa Casa Arbor Blanco ist auf jeden Fall sehr zu empfehlen !!!

Die Villa ist wunderschön und liegt einfach top! In 10 Minuten ist man zu Fuß in Fazana. Eine wundervolle kleine Stadt mit super netten Menschen, ausgezeichneten Restaurants und hervorragenden Beachbars :-)
Das Haus bietet jeden Komfort und ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Das einzige was wir vermisst haben, ist ein überdachter Platz auf der Terrasse, so dass man auch mal bei leichtem Regen draußen sitzen kann oder nach einer verregneten Nacht draußen frühstücken kann. Außerdem haben wir einen Sonnenschutz/-schirm vermisst. Aber das ist Jammern auf sehr hohem Niveau. Der Vermieter ist super freundlich und jederzeit erreichbar. Danke für alles Vedran!
Wir kommen wieder!
Tolles Haus, wie auf den Bildern! Super Lage ca. 10 Minuten zu Fuß zum Strand und in die City. Am Pool ist mittlerweile ein kleiner Zaun, dass man nicht runterfallen kann. Ein paar mehr Gläser und Besteck wären gut gewesen, aber ansonsten alles top!

Wunderschöne Villa mit super netten Besitzern. Alles war perfekt!! Die Villa ist sehr modern und luxuriös eingerichtet und ausgestattet. Alles war perfekt vorbereitet und wir hatten als kleine Familie mit zwei Hunden einen traumhaften Urlaub.
Auch auf diesem Weg nochmal vielen Dank an Tamara und Vedran für die entgegengebrachte Gastfreundlichkeit. Wir waren wirklich sehr begeistert und kommen gerne wieder!!!!
