Fantastic familyfriendly Villa with pool & garden

Villa Terra Magica will enchant you! From the outside, the villa looks beautiful with its 44m2 pool and raised sun deck with sun loungers. It is surrounded by a pretty garden and numerous play facilities for your children so that you can enjoy delicious meals on the covered terrace with a grill while the little ones play table tennis or table football in the garden.
The sundeck is ideal for sunbathing while enjoying a good book or a cool drink. The interior is modern, yet comfortably furnished. You will notice special details everywhere. On the ground floor, the villa has a chic open living room with a dining area and a fully equipped kitchen. It also has a separate toilet and two of the bedrooms on this level. One of the tastefully decorated bedrooms has access to the pool area. On the first floor, there are two more comfortable bedrooms. One of them has its own large covered balcony with a cosy seating area so that you can have your coffee in the morning and just let your mind wander. The air-conditioned bedrooms all have their own bathroom, either with a shower or a bathtub. There is also a TV in every room. If you want to explore the area, 2 bicycles are available. It is only up to you to enjoy the time in Villa Terra Magica with your family and friends.

In just 15 minutes you can drive to Porec or in 20 to Novigrad, where you will find beaches, aqua parks, bars and restaurants and many sights. Das Haus ist ziemlich neu, sehr Geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Alles ausreichend vorhanden (Geschirr, Teller, Gläser usw.) Auch für Kinder einiges an Spielsachen zur Verfügung. Wir waren begeistert und haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Wir werden sicher wieder kommen.
Wunderschönes Haus, so geschmackvoll eingerichtet und mit allem was das Herz begehrt ausgestattet. Von der Waschmaschine, über eine Kinderspielecke bis zum Pürierstab ist alles da und wurde an alles gedacht! Super nette Gastgeber, die wir jederzeit erreichen konnten, falls wir etwas gebraucht hätten. Sehr ruhige Lage, total entspannend, allerdings ist die nächste Einkaufsmöglichkeit (ein kleiner Supermarkt) ca. 5 Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt. Für größere Einkäufe muss man tatsächlich nach Porec fahren, aber auch das hat uns überhaupt nicht gestört. Dafür hat man absolute Ruhe und einen idyllischen Ausblick. Wir hatten einen Traumurlaub in diesem Traumhaus und wollen unbedingt wieder kommen!
