Beautiful Villa Rot is located in a small Istrian village near Porec. This villa offers everything you need for a quiet family vacation.
In front of the villa, there is a spacious pool, next to which you will spend sunny days. Outside there is a covered terrace with a dining table and grill, where you can prepare your favourite meals with family and friends. In the beautiful garden, surrounded by breathtaking nature, you can enjoy summer evenings. There is also an outdoor jacuzzi ist your disposal. On the ground floor of the villa, there is a wonderful living room and a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area. On the same floor, you will find one bedroom and a bathroom. On the first floor, there are 3 more cosy bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, but you will be especially amazed by the terrace with enchanting views of the breathtaking surroundings. But that's not all! On the lower ground floor of the villa, there is an authentic tavern with a fireplace where you can really experience the Istrian atmosphere! This villa is only suitable for a family vacation. Hallo erst fange ich mal beim Haus Eigentümer an. Er ist ein sehr netter und hilfsbereiter Mensch sind sehr herzlich empfangen worden von ihm. Das Haus ist sehr schön und sehr gut ausgestattet alles was wir so benötigt, war da. Pool und Whirlpool sind auch sauber und gepflegt. Der Garten ist schön angelegt mit Olivenbäumen und Lavendel, Kräuter. Grill ist da. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet über Espresso Automat, eingebaute Mielekaffee Maschine. 2 Kühlschränke mit großem Gefrierfach. Auch das ganze Geschirr Pfannen alles in guter Qualität und sehr sauber. Auch die Bäder sind gepflegt und auf dem neusten Stand. Die Betten sind sehr bequem das muss ich auch noch sagen. Also alles in allem gibt es 10/10 Sternen. Wir freuen uns auf ein baldiges Wiedersehen 👋🏽
Wir waren zu siebt im August 2021 zu Gast in der Villa Rot - und alle waren begeistert. Von der Buchung an fühlten wir uns immer bestens betreut, vor Ort sorgte dann der Vermieter dafür, dass alles passte. Das Haus ist sehr komfortabel, die Klimaanlage ist sehr leise und gut regelbar, Terrasse und Pool sind herrlich. Abends genossen wir den Whirlpool beim Warten auf die Sternschnuppen! Die Küche ist wirklich gut ausgestattet, von den scharfen Messern über die (verschiedensten! -je nach Vorlieben) Kaffeeautomaten, die beiden (!) Kühlschränke (mit sehr großem Gefrierabteil) und die Eiswürfelmaschine. Top ist auch die Waschmaschine. Wir hatten hier ein echtes Zuhause gefunden - Dank auch an den Hausbesitzer, Herrn Filipovic, der sich bestens kümmerte. Für Ausflüge und einen Badetag am Meer (Strand in 15 Minuten bequem erreichbar mit dem Auto) liegt die Villa Rot sehr günstig - eine klare Empfehlung von uns für einen Istrien-Urlaub!
