Fantastic villa with private pool near Porec

Beautiful Villa Renata is ideal for all those who would like to spend a relaxing holiday with family and friends and who would like to have their privacy during their vacation. The villa consists of 2 separate apartments which are only rented together to only one group of guests.
The ground floor consists of a spacious living and dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms with en-suite bathroom and one separate guest bathroom. From here you can directly access the balcony and the spacious outdoor area where a private pool and children´s playground await. Being a separate apartment the first floor consists of two bedrooms, of which each has an en-suite bathroom, a living/dining area and kitchen. Here you will also find 2 balconies from where you can enjoy a view over the pool area and have a nice cup of coffee. The outdoor dining area for 12 by the pool is the perfect place for spending time with the entire family over a delicious Istrian dinner. Enjoy your time in this gorgeous villa lying on a sun lounger next to the pool with your favourite beverage in hand. :) IMPORTANT: Reservations (Check-in & Check out days) for Villa Renata are possible exclusively from Sunday to Sunday during July & August !!!.

Villa Renata is located in Kastelir near the town of Porec. The villa is only a short walk away from the nearest restaurant and shop, and a few kilometers away from the old city of Porec - the tourist hot spot of the surrounding, with all its sport, gastronomical and fun amenities. The breathtaking Euphrasian Basilica is the symbol of this coastal city. The nearest beach is approx. 6 km away from the villa. Since the coast is easily reachable by car, you have lots of different beaches to discover. The inland of this part of Istria offers many walking and cycling trails, as well as the opportunity to discover the small towns and its cultural and gastronomical specificities.

Das Haus bietet allen Komfort und ist sehr gut ausgerüstet, inkl Grillutensilien, Waschmittel, Küchengeräte, Waschen- und Reinigungsmittel. Alles ist vorhanden und sehr sauber. Die Vermieter sind sympathisch, herzlich & hilfsbereit. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen.
Wir waren mit 2 Familien zu je 4 Personen für 2 Woche in der Villa Renata. Die Villa ist wunderschöne mit viel Liebe zum Detail. Das Haus war sehr modern ausgestattet und sehr sauber. Die 2 abgeschlossenen Wohneinheiten waren super. So hatte jede Familie ihr eigenes privates Reich und trotzdem gemeinsamen Urlaub. Wir haben uns vom ersten Moment an sehr wohl gefühlt. Auch die Küchenutensilien waren perfekt abgestimmt. Es fehlte an nichts. Der Aussenbereich war ebenfalls sehr sauber und der Pool glasklar, nur etwas kalt 😂, was aber die Kinder gar nicht gestört hat. Das Dorf ist sehr schön und Supermarkt, sowie Restaurants, Oliven- und Weinhöfe waren sehr zentral gelegen. Es war ein wunderschöner Urlaub in einer wunderschönen Villa, mit einer tollen Umgebung.
