Charming villa with private pool near Porec

This charming countryside villa is an ideal setting for a family holiday. The villa has a large garden with a private pool and a badminton court, where you can enjoy the time spent with friends and family.
In the garden, there is also a barbecue area with a dining table. The villa can accommodate up to 10 people, in four double bedrooms, one single bedroom, plus an extra sofa bed in the living room. The main entrance leads to the first floor, which is where the kitchen, dining and living area, and one bathroom are located. From the first floor, stairs lead to the ground floor, which has direct access to the garden and features two double bedrooms, as well as one bathroom. On the top floor are also two double bedrooms, one single bedroom, and a bathroom. .

Mugeba is a small village just 5 km away from Porec, the largest tourist spot in Istria. The old city centre of Porec is a living cultural monument and offers more than the standard sea, sun and tourist image, with a variety of museums, galleries and valuable city palaces. Mugeba is a short drive away from the beautiful Zelena laguna beach, which is surrounded by greenery. This is a well-maintained, combined paved, pebble and rocky beach, where you can rent sun loungers and umbrellas. Year after year, this beach has boasted international Blue Flag for its clean sea and coastal security. You can choose from a variety of activities, such as beach volley, tennis, mini-golf, or even visit the biggest aqua park in Croatia, Aquacolors.

Wunderschönes Ferienhaus, top Ausgestattet mit perfektem Service der Vermieter (inklusive täglicher Reinigung des Pools und sogar des Grillers!!!) Überaus freundlich, 100%ige Weiterempfehlung!!!
