Lovely villa with private pool near Porec

Villa Maron in Vabriga near Porec is located only a kilometer away from the nearest beach. The villa is suitable for accommodating six persons.
The ground floor consists of the lovely decorated living room, dining area, and the fully equipped kitchen. There is one bathroom and a separate toilet on the ground floor. The three bedrooms and one bathroom are set on the upper floor. Two bedrooms have a double bed and one bedroom consists of two separate beds. Villa´s green and tended garden is the perfect spot to relax. Use your holiday in this villa to enjoy in the private pool and to soak up the warm Istrian sun, while the kids can have fun on the trampoline. The villa is air-conditioned, has wifi and 3 private parking places.

Villa Maron is located in Vabriga in the Porec area. Porec tourism is more than sea, sun and tourist image. In Porec, there are museums, galleries and many valuable city palaces. The whole old city center is a living cultural monument. Porec’s streets are home to numerous atelier galleries. A good way to get to know Istria is through its exceptional gastronomy. The first restaurant is in walking distance from the villa. The first beaches are approx. 2.5 km from the villa. While staying in our villa in Porec don't miss visiting the Euphrasian Basilica. It's was built in the middle of the 6th century in the Byzantine style and it's considered to be one of the most beautiful works of art in the world. Since in Porec you have at your disposal different kinds of sports (tennis, beach volleyball, soccer, horse riding, biking, hiking, water sports), it is an attractive tourist destination.

Sehr schönes Haus mit gepflegtem Garten und Pool, alles sehr sauber. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett und äusserst hilfsbereit. Vabriga ist zentral gelegen, grössere Ortschaften, Strand sowie Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind gut erreichbar. Es ist sehr empfehlenswert.
Sehr schöne Villa, alles neu und sehr gehoben gebaut. Großer, sauberer Pool, ruhige Lage. Eigentümer sehr nett und jederzeit hilfsbereit. Einfach perfekt, kommen gerne wieder!
