Beautiful villa with sea view near Porec

Wir waren 4 Erwachsene, 4 Kinder. Das Haus ist traumhaft. Gut durchdacht! Handtücher, kleine Badeutensilien und Föhn in jeden der 4 Badezimmer! Wie im Hotel! Die Klimaanlage und alle Geräte haben einwandfrei funktioniert. Grillstation mit Holz vorhanden; aber auch ein Webergrill mit Gas gibt es! Die Einrichtung wie abgebildet! Sehr stilvoll!! Der Pool hat eine sehr angenehme tiefe und Grösse! Die Kinder und wir liebten es! Der Pool ist mit Salz aufbereitet (schmeckt man sehr wenig!) Somit kein Chlor. Dusche gleich neben den Pool! Durch 2 grosse Markisen hat man viel Schatten auf der Terrasse! Die Umgebung ist sehr schön! Wie waren im nahegelegenen Zardin gut essen! Reservieren sollte man lieber! Und der Supermarkt hat auch die wichtigsten Dinge. Ca 8min Fussweg! Nach Porec sind wir nur 15min gefahren. Gebührenpflichtige Parkplätze ausreichend vorhanden (die Kassa-automaten nehmen nur Bargeld bis max 20€ Scheine!!!) Die Hausbesitzer sind sehr nett!!! Die Kommunikation war schon vor Ankunft per Whatsapp in Englisch gut möglich! Wir können das Haus absolut empfehlen!!

We just returned from our summer holiday at Villa Mariva and spent 2 unforgettable weeks at this wonderful property. It is very nicely positioned in a small village and the views and sunsets over the sea are breathtaking. The big garden offers a lot of space, privacy and a big refreshing pool. The villa itself is awesome. It's well equipped, modern, clean and very cosy. Every detail is carefully thought out and everything you could possible need is there in high standard. Our hosts, Vanja and Dejan, are very warm, kind, friendly and caring people. They made us feel really welcome and were helpful and supportive at any time. We would have no hesitation to recommend Villa Mariva to anyone who's looking for relaxing and comfortable holidays. Thanks once more for outstanding hospitality. We hope to see you again someday.

We have just returned from our stay at Villa Mariva. It is is beautiful property and we would definitely recommend it. Internally It is very well thought out - spacious and had everything we needed. The rooms are large and all have air conditioning. The owners were very helpful, and the welcoming food and drink they provided for our arrival were very much appreciated. The villa is situated in a lovely position with views across to the sea. The swimming pool and the garden are a really good size and there was plenty of space to play and relax. It is private without being isolated and we enjoyed being able to walk to the local restaurants. We would have no hesitation in recommending this property!
