The villa is in a peaceful and private location just outside and within a short walking distance from the village of Kringa. Kringa is situated in central Istria five kilometres southern of Tinjan on the spot of the Iron Age edifice later a Roman fortress, the second largest settlement in the Tinjan municipality. The region is renowned for its food and wine and there are many excellent restaurants close by. The interior of Istria with hilltop towns and beautiful landscape is ideal for driving, cycling and walking. The Adriatic coast and busy tourist town of Porec, all the beaches of Istria, all the historical sites and other places worth visiting are just a short drive away.

Super Villa für Familie und Hund! Kommen gern wieder! Hatten einen erholsamen Urlaub!
Both my wife and I have had a fabulous time in in the heartlands of istria… villa kata is perfectly situated to explore the entire area …. 30 - 50 mins to all areas that need to be visited !!! Rovinj, porec,vrsar, rabac, labin, motovun…. And the list goes on !! We would most definitely come back to this villa ….carmen and her daughter katerina have been perfect hosts to welcome us on arrival , be there if needed , what more can I say that this vacation has simply been perfect xxx marco & Colette Leonetti xx
