Beautiful residence with private pool near Porec

This beautiful villa is located near Porec, in a small hamlet which is 10 km away from the sea and the city centre. The villa is built with stone and best quality materials and it has a size of 354m2, of which 265m2 on the ground floor and 89m2 on the first floor.
This property is nested on a 1.400m2 plot of land, consisting of a well maintained garden and meadow. The ground floor has a large living room with fireplace, dining room, kitchen, pantry and 2 bedrooms with bathrooms (one of the bedrooms is located next to the kitchen and it has a comfortable sofa bed for 2 persons). The first floor has two bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. From the living room our guests can easily access the pool area and our 40m2 private swimming pool. Upstairs bedrooms and pool area have a breathtaking sea view, so You can enjoy swimming pool and rest Your eyes on olive groves and Mediterranean sea behind it. Outdoors you can also relax in the jacuzzi that is available on request with an additional charge.
