Villa Judita is located in central Istria near the town of Porec. The bright open room on the ground floor consists of the living and dining area and the fully equipped kitchen.
The interior with simple selected colours has a calming effect. From the living area, you reach the terrace which offers seating for eight people. A barbecue is available on the terrace - perfect for gathering around the table with the family and enjoying the time together. On the upper floor, there are three comfortable bedrooms with TV and three bathrooms with showers. All bedrooms have access to the common balcony which offers a beautiful view of the well-kept garden. In the garden, there is a pool with deckchairs and lots of space to relax and sunbathe. A highlight is an outdoor jacuzzi and sauna. The completely fenced-in property has 4 private parking spaces. The villa can accommodate up to 8 persons. Villa Judita is perfect for families and groups of friends to escape from their daily routine and experience unforgettable moments.

Villa Judita is located in the quiet village of Dracevac, where the inhabitants work mostly in agriculture and livestock breeding or rent holiday homes. The biggest tourist centre in Istria, Porec, is about 7 km away. In the picturesque harbour town, there is the famous Euphrasius Basilica, which was declared a UNESCO World Heritage Site in 1997. When you enter the interior, you will be overwhelmed. Walkthrough the small alleys of the old town and taste culinary specialities of the country in typical konobas. Istria offers well-developed cycling routes - maybe you will rent a bike in the village and discover the treasures of Istria by a bike ride? If you are travelling with your children, we recommend visiting a water park. It is about 45 minutes drive to Pula Airport and the National Park Brijuni Islands. Istria is a holiday destination that offers a variety of activities for all ages.

Sehr schönes Haus mit genügend Platz für 6 Personen. Wir waren zu viert für 10 Tage mit unserem Hund im Haus und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Ausstattung ist sehr hochwertig, einzig die Tassen und Töpfe/Pfannen sind etwas knapp. Für uns vier war das kein Problem, aber für 6 Personen wäre es wohl eng geworden. Das Grundstück ist komplett eingezäunt und war auch für unseren Hund ein wirklich schöner Urlaub. Auch ein Problem mit der Wäremepumpe wurde innerhalb eines Abends von der Vermieterin gelöst, einfach ein super Service. Das Haus ist auf jeden Fall zu empfehlen, wenn man in Ruhe seine Zeit verbringen möchte. Für Ausflüge ist immer ein Auto notwendig, was für uns aber nicht schlimm war.
