On the ground floor of the villa you will find a sophisticated and modern kitchen as well as an elegant living room for gatherings of the whole family.
Apart from the kitchen and living room, there is also one bedroom with ensuite bathroom. On the first floor, there are the remaining 2 bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms and two terraces, where you can relax with a good book or just enjoy your cup of coffee. Outdoors you will find the amazing 45 sqm pool with sun loungers to boost your vitamin-d levels. Next to the house you will also find the covered terrace with grill, dining table and relaxation area.
