Villa Grando I is a charming stone-house villa, surrounded by greenery, with a private pool, and it is perfect for a family vacation. The villa has just a special, warm atmosphere where you will feel welcome and at home.
The villa is conveniently located in Istria's inland, but still relatively close to the tourist hotspots of Porec and Rovinj. The Villa Grando I has 3 bedrooms, where it can comfortably accommodate up to 6 persons, while two more persons can be accommodated on the sofa bed. On the first floor, you will find two bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, as well as two big terraces. On the ground floor is the third bedroom with ensuite bathroom, the cozy living room, as well as the fully-equipped kitchen with dining area. There you will also find an additional toilet. Since you are on the ground floor, you will instantly feel charmingly invited by the 45 sqm big pool. Surrounded by trees that offer enough shade, the pool area is just beautiful.
