This villa has been designed according to all modern architectural principles, especially using glass, steel and reinforced concrete to make it both a work of art and a fully functional vacation destination. The garden of the villa is spacious with a large pool and an outdoor chess set. Refresh yourself in the pool or enjoy the sun on the deck chairs around the pool. In the garden, there is also a covered dining area for meals that you can prepare on the barbecue. Relax with family and friends in the shade of the covered terrace on hot summer days. On the first floor of the villa, there is a living room, a dining room and a kitchen. In the basement, you will find a billiard room and a room with a projector, where you can watch your favourite series on a big wall. You will find relaxation in a total of seven bedrooms. Two of them are on the second floor, two on the second floor and three on the mezzanine, one of which is the master bedroom. Three bedrooms are double rooms and four bedrooms are single rooms. All but two bedrooms have their own bathroom. Two rooms share a large bathroom, each with its own access to the bathroom. This villa is perfect for a vacation with family and friends that you have long dreamed of. Villa Grande Barbara is not a party house.
Villa Grande Barbara is located on the edge of a small Istrian village, surrounded by peaceful and picturesque nature, away from the tourist attractions. Would you like to explore the surroundings? The istrian road network is excellent. Visit the best towns on the coast and inland of Istria, which are only a short drive away through the beautiful Istrian countryside. Every kilometre will enchant you. You can plan day trips to the coastal towns of Pula, Rovinj and Porec or drive inland and explore Motovun, Groznjan and Vodnjan. Each of these places is rich in cultural heritage and historical monuments that you can explore for hours. The Brijuni National Park is only a short boat ride away from Pula. Try to visit it and enjoy the beautiful nature. Are you a gourmet? The nearest restaurant where you can explore local Istrian cuisine is only a few minutes walk from the villa. The area is famous for excellent truffles, so phenomenal umami meals are guaranteed.

Kuća je predivna, vrhunski moderni design uklopljen u familijsku atmosferu!!! Luksus nevidjeni. Deca su odusevljena sa ogromnim bazenom i igraonicom, muž obožava restoran sa odličnom klopom, koji je odma do ville, a meni se svidja kuća, sobe, kupatila, a pogled na prirodu je neprevazidjen. Putujemo puno, puno smo videli, ali na Villu Grande Barbara ćemo se vratiti!!! Hvala vam Barbara i Igor!!! Naš odmor je bio vrhunski! Ocjena 10/10
Die Villa war sehr schön und sauber.
Die ganze Villa ist sehr modern und hochwertig eingerichtet, an Ausstattung hat man alles was man sich wünschen könnte, z.B komplett klimatisiert.
Die Schlafzimmer sind sehr schön, man fühlt sich richtig wohl dort.
Der Aussenbereich enttäuscht ebenso wenig wie der Rest, alles super! Genug Platz für 14 Personen sowohl außen wie innen.
Die Gastgeberin ist auch sehr nett und zuvorkommend und bietet einem lokale Tätigkeiten an, wie Restaurants, Bootsfahren etc.
Wir würden die Villa auf jeden Fall jedem weiterempfehlen, wie kommen auch bestimmt wieder!

Schöne Villa, welche sehr modern und stylisch gestaltet ist. Pool und Außenanlage sind total schön! Die Zimmer sind alle toll eingerichtet, haben eine Klimaanlage und die Betten sind bequem. Der Blick vom Außenbereich aus in den Wald bzw. das Grüne ist sehr schön. Küche ist gut ausgestattet mit einem Teekocher, genügend Geschirr und vor allem großen Töpfen, sogar ein Sandwichmaker ist vorhanden. Am Pool sind genügend liegen und 2 Schirme für alle vorhanden.
Einziges Manko ist die extreme Hellhörigkeit des Hauses, wodurch man jeden einzelnen auf der Treppe laufen hört.
Ansonsten war alles super, Barbara und Igor sind beide total nett und hilfsbereit.
Dieses Haus ist auf jedenfalls zu empfehlen!
Zarówno Villa Barbara jak i okolica w jakiej jest położona zachwyca pod każdym względem. Idealne miejsce na letni wypoczynek w większej grupie. Widoczna wielka dbałość o szczególny, wygodę oraz komfort gości. Dziękuję za niesamowite zakończenie wakacji, jestem pewna, że jeszcze kiedyś tu wrócę! 😁❤️ Polecam każdemu!

First of all, the villa is beautiful, spacious und decorated with a lot of love for detail. The owners are very kind and happy to give recommendations and tips for your vacation. The house is situated in a small, quiet village, with a fantastic restaurant just around the corner. Porec is approx. 20 minutes away, supermarkets are nearby.
We, a group a eleven people, had a splendid time in the house with so many things to do: swimming in the pool, watching soccer games on the big screen, playing pool or chess, delicious BBQs at night.
We would recommend this place at any time and are sure this wasn't our last time in Villa Grande Barbara!
Bio je to odmor s velikim “o”.
Kuća je predivna; prostrana, sjajno uređena. Imate potrebu uslikati svaki detalj. Sve odiše stilom i, ono što je najvažnije - čistoćom.
Sobe su prostrane. Dnevni prostor impozatan i opremljen svim što je potrebno za ugodan boravak i zabavu. Ukratko, osjećali smo se kao u luksuznom hotelu koji je rezerviran samo za nas.
Prostor oko kuće i (veliki) bazen su odlično pozicionirani; imali smo poptpunu privatnost i opuštajuću zelenu “oazu”.
Ono što svakako treba naglasiti jest blizina konobe “Jadruhi” zbog čije kuhinje smo odustali od kuhanja već prvi dan. Samo mjesto je preslatko. Autentično. Ljudi ljubazni i topli. Po preporuci vlasnika, od mještana smo kupovali svježe povrće i jaja za doručak... Prilika da uz ovakav ambijent uživamo i u poznatoj istarskoj gastronomiji i domaćim proizvodima, neprocijenjiva je.
Vlasnici su bili više nego susretljivi i jasno dali do znanja da su “na raspolaganju” za sve što budemo trebali, od informacija do bilo kakve druge pomoći. Srećom, sve što nam je trebalo, bilo nam je nadohvat ruke.

Wonderful accommodation, the owners are kind and helpful. A clean beautiful house was waiting for us. The villa satisfies everyone's needs. Quiet, beautiful environment with an amazing number of possibilities. They seem to give their hearts to their souls. The kids also enjoyed being here a lot they could play in the huge house.
Diese Villa ist ein Traum und in Realität noch viel schöner als auf den Bildern. Wir haben dort eine wunderschöne, erholsame Woche verbracht und uns absolut wohl gefühlt. Es fehlt einem dort an nichts. Der Blick ins Grüne ist einfach wahnsinnig schön. Auch die Gastgeber sind super nett und sehr herzlich. Einfach klasse! Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Villa Grande Barbara. is a perfect place for those who want to avoid crowds of tourists as it's located in a small, tranquil village. From the terrace or when relaxing in the big pool, you enjoy the magnificent view of a vast forrest and valley.
The villa is luxurious and comfortable. There's plenty of space and such nice decor. All the rooms are fitted out with modern, elegant and tasteful furnishings. The interior decoration is just adorable.
In the house you are provided with everything you need to have fun and even more. But forget about cooking! Within a short stroll there's 'Jadruhi restaurant' where you can try delicious, mainly locally grown or produced food. It's a must! Nearby there are also great places to visit such as picturesque Porec or stunning Rovinj.
We highly recommend Villa Grande Barbara and would definitely like to visit the place again.
Dieses Haus ist in Wirklichkeit noch viel schöner als es auf den Bildern gezeigt wird!
Die Villa liegt am Rande eines kleinen Dorfes, es ist also der perfekte Ort um die Region und die Umgebung kennenzulernen.
Das Anwesen liegt in der Nähe von Poreca, Groznjan und Motovun.
Ein großer Vorteil der Villa Grande ist, das diese nicht weit von dem örtlichen Restaurant „konoba jadruhi“ liegt, dank diesem mussten wir während unseren Ferien nicht jeden Tag kochen und konnten den Urlaub richtig genießen.
Die Villa hat eine viel größere Ausstattung als wir es je gedacht hätten. Es gibt viel Platz draußen (jeder hat einen eigenen Liegestuhl) zudem gibt es große komfortable Zimmer. Wir wurden jeden Tag von einem wunderschönen Ausblick geweckt da jedes Zimmer einen Blick auf den großen Pool hat. Der Anblick des Hauses lässt nichts zu wünschen übrig!
Barbara und Igor haben sich sichtlich sehr gut um die Inneneinrichtung gekümmert, jedes Element ist gut überlegt die meisten sind auch Designer Stücke. Man sieht wie viel mühe reingesteckt wurde!
Ich könnte mich für kein schöneres Anwesen für die perfekten Ferien wünschen. Meine Familie und ich werden sicherlich wiederkommen
